I liked the breakfast best. It is served at the Restaurant next to the Hotel. Omlette is delicious. We also had dinner there. I recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Room was large.

As I already wrote that we were happy there was 1 thing (at least in our room): the curtains were too small. It was early light in our bedroom....

The people at the reception were very friendly and more than willing to help. Breakfast was served in anther building than the hotel and was good too. Good price/quality. I will come back

There was a very good breakfast every day; delicious and very filling. All the staff were lovely too. The hotel is well located and in walking distance of both the bus station and the city centre. The room was quiet too.

We had to wait for the room to be ready meanwhile we checked in at 5pm. The room was still dirty with stains on the sheets. The bathroom was poorly constructed and the room had no ac. They did have a fan in the room which did nothing since Prishtina is HOT at night as well as the day. It’s an very outdated hotel that needs a more modern feel to it. They have enough room to put a ventilation system for an AC in the hotel.

Staff was nice. I only slept one night. The location of the hotel is good since it is in walking distance of the center of prishtina. The rooms are big and spacious.

The hotel is far away from 4 stars hotel. The facility is damage and old, the bathroom has not clean enough. The breakfast was just omlette.....

If the owners are not around it is difficult to deal with things like payments, transfers, transport, food etc. as most of the staff members don’t speak English. As a person that doesn’t speak Albanian I wasn’t able to arrange anything without the staff’s help.

The hotel is in the great and safe location. It has huge and nicely decorated rooms with bathrooms and attached restaurant. The owners are very nice and helpful. The hotel also employs one of the staff members named Dren who speaks English. He dealt with my airport transfers. I could count on him and had open minded conversations, that I enjoyed a lot.

The room was freezing cold. the heater was not functioning properly The cable of the phone was broken and we cannot call the reception There wasn’t enough blanket so the night was very cold. We couldn’t understand why they turned off the heater There wasn’t any water to drink in the room, there was no water heater no coffee machine The breakfast was very poor The place of the hotel was not close to the city center We didn’t understand how this hotel has 4-star. It is almost a 2-star or starless hotel

The bin in the bathroom was filled with toilet paper covered in fecal matter. When I communicated this, staff came to remove it, but while doing so, a glass bottle fell out of the trash and shattered on the ground. We picked up the shards together, but cleaning wasn't done very professionally or thoroughly, and so I kept stepping on some smaller shards throughout the rest of my stay. On top of that, staff seemed rather cold to me after that experience.

Very minor point, but sometimes the reception wasnt attended. This was easily rectified once spoken to the staff. Understanding they also worked in the attached restaurant solved any issues.

The staff were extremely friendly, they couldn't help me enough. Aswell as running the hotel, they also run the restaurant. Anything I needed they could help. Rooms were extremely spacious with plenty of facilities. A 10 minute walk to the centre is perfect, although on the way back it is uphill!
