The safe in my room was not working.

I love the friendly staff, very approachable and kind. The location was really good for me and easy to get around. The breakfast was basic but very delicious, I would love to see the famous panipopo on the menu though. Despite sharing bathroom and toilets, it was very clean. I feel at home at Outrigger.

Was not told of key deposit online when booking and wasn't expecting to pay this. No air con but thay was my fault for not reading the booking properly.. they did bring us another fan as the ceiling fan was broken. Womens shower door upstairs doesn't close with a good thump

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was cute and yummy. The beds in our room were amazingly comfy and helped get a great night sleep even though it was hot. Place was very tidy and clean. Would recommend!

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. My bags were lost for 2 days and they organised transport and pick up for me from the airport to get it. They were so warm and lovely. Rooms and areas are so clean and the gardens are pretty.

I booked for two, but when we arrived, I had to pay a further 110 Tala because they said I had only booked for one ? When I showed them my booking the following morning, they refused to refund my 110 Tala. I'm not sure whether this is booking.coms fault or theirs??

It's an hours drive from the airport which is great if your wanting to go to the trench and waterfalls. The breakfast although extremely basic was lovely for a morning snack. The pool looked nice but doesn't open till 9am so we couldn't swim before we left.

Better bedding and linenes - more upon request, please. Water pressure in shower was horrible and I needed more towels but the staff would not provide them to me.

Overall a very nice property and staff for the money. I would stay here again for an event or business but maybe not a realaxing vacation.

The hotel was ok for our needs. However, I found the noise coming from the gym across the road made it hard to relax in our room. Others may not be bothered by it. The lack of parking and having to park our rental car on the road was a bit of a concern as the hotel is on a corner of two busy roads.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was awesome and we were impressed. Having a pool was really good too. The rooms were acceptable for our short visit and were clean and tidy. The hotel suited us for a two night stay. The staff was what made our stay great. Thank you.

Due to my disability, I was unable to climb the stairs but the I was grateful for being in the downstairs area which I believe was cooler and it was closer to the pool and breakfast area. Perfect.

The beds were a double in the air conditioning rooms. Queen would be better.

The clean air con rooms. Breakfast was good. It is a small provider which means you don't get lost in the numbers as a guest. We had an outdoor fale and two air conditioning rooms. I originally booked the upstairs rooms which look lovely but got the air con rooms. Thought this was a down grade, but it turned out it was better, especially for baby.

The pillows are in need of a change, there’s smell to it. UV lamps can be used to kill mosquitoes and bath curtain has to be changed, there’s a mouldy smell. Would be good to let guests know that there will not be any shampoo/conditioner provided as well as hair dryer.

The staff were so hospitable I felt like it was one big family! They go all out to help you and cater to your needs. The hotel has a kitchen for use and laundry service is available for a fee too.

requested 2 single beds, this was unavailable although promised at time of booking. Compromise was to sleep in non airconditioned room first night - not good! Then insert a single bed into a small room with a double bed already. Space was limited but acceptable.

The location of the Outrigger was fantastic with lots of eateries close by. The staff were wonderful. Always friendly and helpful.

The accomodation is well set up, cleaned regularly and has excellent staff who were friendly and happy to assist or answer questions. The fale huts were beautiful, and quite comfortable with good air flow even though the weather was hot. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Coffee or tea, and a plate with egg, bread/breakfast biscuits fresh tropical fruit and samoan porridge. It was tasty and filling. The accomodation is a little further from the city, but it was quiet and peaceful and taxis are quite cheap in apia. Overall we had an amazing time and couldn't really think of anything that we would hope to see improved.

Loved staying in the fales nestled in the beautiful tropical gardens behind the pool. The fales were large with comfortable beds and verandas over looking the pool. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. If I ever go back to Apia I would definately stay there again.

Good location, attentive staff. An oasis in the city with a lovely garden and pool. We even got a take away breakfast including coffee when we left fir the airport at 2am.

Not really a complaint. But maybe they could have umbrella's available for guest (especially now with the wet season, guests may get caught in thunderstorms if just going a few hundred metres to nearby restaurants. Perhaps they could have a qty of snorkel & goggles available that could be hired or loaned to guests for use when visiting beaches, caves.

The staff were helpful and pleasant especially when needing to use taxi's (they gave suggested fare that you should pay) and suggested places to visit on the various islands. Daily breakfasts were different every day, local fruit a treat. Not located far from town, can walk or catch taxi.
