The pool didn’t look inviting, so didn’t use it. No tolietry items provided like shampoo. Extra bed was just a mattress on the floor.

Cause there was no microwave and the set up in the room is not good There is no power point where the jug was

Suggestion is to service rooms at least every second day. Our rooms weren’t serviced at all during our 5 day stay

We had an awesome time staying at Le Uaina Beach resort. Leina, Mike and all others made our stay really enjoyable. They were extremely helpful, always there if we needed anything. Organized free of charge transport from the Airport and back all the way to The Wharf. Breakfast buffet style was great, dinners just what we needed. It's also great they have drinking water station and will fill all your water bottles enytime you need. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and kids friendly access to the ocean. Great place, especially while at low tide. Superb sunsets too. Really nice and quiet location, great for family. Thank you all for the good times. Much Love Jakub, Tania and Matilda

Room fairly plain-could have had more decoration/pacific influence that exists elsewhere in Samoa. Small touches like flower on bed would have been nice. Although 2 bedroom only 2 cups , 2 chairs & no other kitchen type equipment. The lamp didn't have a plug although ceiling light worked.

Good location on seaside near Piula cave pool. Staff welcoming & helpful. Garden well cared for. Well set out around pool & facing the sea although coral very limited. Great place for families with younger children with access to sea & pool. Nice to have pet cat & dog. Food was good & well priced for 2 bedroom unit with comfortable beds. All rooms including bathroom were spacious

Food was a little slow in arriving but a new chef was getting familiar with the menu.

Great entertainment on Saturday evening. Facilities still recovering from effects of the Covid pandemic. Overall a very restful stay.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was out of Apia but also not a long drive in. It is also right next to one of Samoas biggest attractions Piula Cave Pool.

The waiting time for your food is disappointing. Should make some improvements on that. The swimming pool is not clean enough.

Staff are good, especially the receptionist. He is very helpful ☺️. The Seaview is beautiful n the surrounding area.

The concerns we raised about water leaking from the heater in our bathroom, was NOT attended to, instead we were given towels to dry up the leakage, we had to ask for these towels everyday. Food from dinner menu tasted old and tired. Our lobster was old and not fresh, premium angus NZ steak was so tough. We had to get our own food for the last 2 nights. Some of the girls at reception don't give off friendly vibes as you approach front desk

Location was great, away from Apia but still a short drive away. Swimming pool and sea at our doorstep. The resort is great and relaxed Fred and Mike, Dutchie, John were very friendly and welcoming. Real assets to the resort Samoan/local options were great for breakfast. Open air dining next to the water daily was awesome.

I had a standard room which was cleaned for my 6 day stay given staff shortages. but was good value for money and could easily request fresh towels and anything else as required.

water in the front room or hotel is crystal clear, beautiful view directly to the open ocean, a Peaceful place not noisy also tourist attractions. staff friendly and helpful, we arrive at midnight they pick up us at the airport make easy for us.

Bathroom facilities - shower was leaking a little bit even though tap off and toilet didn't flush properly.
