Nothing was bad, but probably softer beds, lesser noisy air-conditioned could be a project to work on for future endeavors, but I would stay there again for sure

Room was dirty and tatty. The corners of the rug were curling up causing a trio hazard, the curtains didn’t fit the windows properly. The reception staff weren’t very good at answering messages pre-arrival. I was told it was necessary to give 2 weeks notice to book a transfer to the airport even though it was only 8km away!!!

Reception unattended at times when we needed to check in and ask for information. It was inconvenient to have to walk through to the bar to seek service when wanting to pay final bill Bungalow needed basic amenities maintenance such as taps loose in in bathroom & kitchen Light in room inadequate. Needed to be brighter

We would go back, not flashy or gimmicky but locally managed, locally run, good fresh local food that changes daily due to availability

Location.close to airport and on route to town. The staff were great.very helpful and friendly. The authenticity of the resort. A village feel. Beautiful sunsets. Great pool. The fish dishes were the best! We saw the locals fishing in front of our fale, we saw fresh food arrive daily to the kitchen and you could taste that in our meals.

we were accommodated in the "cheapest room" as the receptionist told us, very disappointing for the price paid. The beach is hardly exciting - overrated - seemed just like a very small lagoon, not a beach

We ended up in the same room we had years ago in our first ever visit to samoa and it was just as beautiful then as it is now! Wish we stayed here longer!!

We requested an early check in to put our toddler down for a nap. Staff confirmed this possibility via email. But when we arrived at 1300, our room was ready and we were left in the foyer for 40mins. The restaurant menu was 80% fish meals but we were told “no fish today “. On our drive into the resort we passed numerous roadside stalls with massive yellow fin tuna !!!

Very disappointed and will not recommend Le Vasa to anyone..We were there 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned, on our third night we went to the front desk and asked for our room to be cleaned, they said “yes all the rooms are getting cleaned today” only to come back from a long day out to find towels on the chair out side our room and a room that hadn’t been cleaned, 4 days, no service, no nothing, we even had to buy our own toilet paper and rubbish bags for the rubbish..So disappointing. I then went to the front desk only for the man to say “sorry for the miscommunication “ . That doesn’t justify anything. The food was not worth the price at all, we asked for medium rare and received “deceased”.

The meals were pretty ordinary.Food lacked flavour, fish in curry, and eye fillet steak were overcooked. Pizza stacked with ingredients but no flavour . I was disappointed in the value for money and the lack of seafood on the menu. Was hoping for fresh fish when I've ordered fish & chips....I got a few defrosted fish cubes that were tasteless. I was just as disappointed in the Veggie soup... a few pieces of raw vegetables in boiling water and stock added. There is also no sign of garlic bread. Not much choice around as all the other eating places were miles away. Please keep the artificial flowers off the tables, it looked very tacky, esp with the amount of plants and greenery around. The place is in serious need of a makeover and upgrade to facilities.

Friendly staff that will do anything to make your stay comfortable. More than happy to help with any query you might have. Always around no matter what you need.

The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent with a varied menu for a 7 day stay. The staff were lovely, helpful, accomodating and friendly. You could feel the resort had a family feel to it and we became part of their family, lots of laughing and plenty of smiles. Everyone was great, including front of house, bar, restuarant, cleaning, gardening etc - everyone made us feel welcome. Can't remember all the names but huge thanks to Berry (so much fun) , Andrew, Neevee, Taliloa,the lady and gentleman on reception (super helpful) and more. Pool was awesome and goes well with beer (Vialima) and cocktails. We'll be back. This is a traditional authentic style resort, lovely place to relax and chill out.
