The villa is outdated. The waterfront villa where we stayed was not ready when we arrived. The room is dusty; the sheets and pillows were smelly. The couch looks dirty. The TV remote is not working and the other remote is intermittently working. The staff are all nice, no question about it. However, when it comes to service, based on our experience, they really need a lot of improvements. From the hotel resto, the food is great but waiting time is too long and the customers were not informed. Some of our orders and requests are wrong but we just accept them as is. I think there’s a communication gap between the servers and the kitchen. It would have been nice if the there are more food variety to choose from.

The location is great. If you want peace and tranquility, Aga Reef is a good place to stay. The view from the waterfront villa is very relaxing. The people are all nice. The food is good.

Would have been nice to not have been charged for marmelade that i asked at breakfast and chopped chillis at diner. These are not expensive and should be complimentary.

On one side there is the moutain and the other side there is the sea, just a stunning location. Peaceful, very comfortable bed and room, lovely balcony. Breakfast was very good and generous. The owner was such a lovely helpful friendly lady and the staff is very attentionate and efficient and hot waiters too! A great place i would love to go back to.

Amazing resort! The landscape is amazing all around to the mountain cliff to the reef. Even better than the photos. Bed was super comfy. Restaurant had delicious food. Staff super friendly! I was super grateful of a room upgrade and got my very own plunge pool on my deck. Amazing!

Warmth of the staff. Big thanks to Rikki and Naira, and the whole crew who took care of us and gave us a great learning experience of Samoa and the culture of the people. Food was excellent and restaurant crew was extremely polite and efficient.

Everything was great, only minor issue was the menu was a little underwhelming, no fresh seafood like oka or poke and they were out of niu our whole stay. However the included breakfast was incredible.

Very clean and spacious, very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again. Multiple swimming options, including the rock pool. Excellent location and most comfortable bed and pillows out entire holiday.

Beautiful location! Mix of the ocean and mountains was breathtaking. Luxurious overwater bungalows. Food was excellent too. Special shoutout to the manager and staff as I fell really ill last few days of my stay and they took such good care of me and accompanied me to the local hospice. Thank you so much!

Location is beautiful. Island Villa with over water balcony is amazing. The whole resort is very relaxing. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Very clean. Good quality food. Loved watching the fishes from the balcony.

Nothing, everything was more than up to standard. This is the place to be!!

The staff members were absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive. You cant get better service than this place!! Upon arrival Rita was very welcoming and ensured my request to have both rooms next to each other was suitable for my parents as it may be difficult for them to access the stairs, we had the ground floor interconnecting rooms for 2 nights. The breakfast and dinner is amazinnngg, love the presentation. The chef is also very friendly as well as all the staff members. The staff members have provided exceptional service!! The views are beautiful, photos and videos don't do justice, you have to come see it for yourself. The bedrooms are nice and clean, it really is a beautiful resort. You can hear the ocean just a few metres away from our room, its so calm and peaceful. Also, they have security guards 24/7, they were friendly and felt safe staying here. I would definitely bring my family back here!!

There were a few issues with my room. The toilet seat was completely detached from the toilet which was easy enough to work with once I knew, but the first time I sat on the toilet I got a bit of a shock when the seat moved. One of the blinds was missing from my bathroom window, meaning people walking past could see the shower area - I had to cover this with a towel for privacy. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the service could be improved. Sometimes I had to ask for things that should have been offered (e.g. coffee at breakfast) or I had to remind them of things I had ordered that had been forgotten. With some staff there was a language barrier meaning I got different things from what I ordered (e.g. boiled eggs instead of poached). There was also some confusion as one evening I asked to be driven the next day to Namu'a Island. The hotel confirmed we would leave at 10:30am but then after breakfast the next day, the receptionist told me that there was a problem as the hotel needed to drive to Apia for shopping so there may not be a car for me. Again there was a language barrier so I wasn't sure exactly what was being said to me, but it seemed that they needed me to leave earlier than planned. In the end this was resolved but obviously the hotel should stick to whatever plans are agreed with guests. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and it is already good - but with some improvements it could be amazing.

The staff are very polite and helpful.. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning with amazing views of the surrounding scenery. The pool is really nice - it's not that big but I usually had it to myself and it is deeper than it looks. The food and drink are good. Breakfast is a la carte but with satisfying portion sizes. Nice and spacious room with balcony.
