The fridge is connected to the overall electricity grid for the room so when you go out for the day the fridge goes off so you can't keep any cool drinks in it. You only get 2 towels no hand towels. No safe. Plus sometimes the staff are friendly and sometimes they are rather cool it seems to depend on the day.

We absolutely loved our corner room #316 The view was incredible. The location was great too. Breakfast was pretty decent too. The bed was comfortable as well.The attached bar next to the lobby was also loads of fun and the owner was very friendly.

The beds were on the harder side, but nothing too bad.

The view from the room was amazing. We also had a bit of an unusual check-in time, crazy early in the morning (booked for that night). We had to wake the receptionist, but we were able to check-in at this time, which is very nice service! The breakfast buffet was also very tasty and varied.

Fridge not cold at all and the bed was too hard for me.

The views from the room we stayed in was magnificent, no doubt about it. But the room itself was merely adequate. The fridge was unacceptable in terms of temperature. All up, it was comfortable and relaxing and the balcony was lovely. We only spent time there to sleep and enjoy the views, so I would definitely come come back.

An annoyed male receptionist (one out of two guys), he is quite rude and disrespectful. He keeps on speaking about us in Vietnamese whenever we cross the reception. Which definitely affects our mood. He should be more tolerant and have to maintain a better attitude towards the guests. Out of my 8-day trip in Vietnam, only this guy disappointed us.

The hotel location and ambiance are good, but the receptionist is a big drawback. My overall rating is 7, just to be considerate.

Enjoyed my stay tremendously! It's a cozy, friendly inn just down the road from the Sun Plaza, so it's near the center of town, but away from the noise. The room was lovely, got one at the end of the corridor, so had panoramic windows on 2 sides for sweeping views of the hillsides and the towering mountains!

The bathroom water heater-- as it is not sufficient for the weather & temperature. Although the bathroom is spacious, the heater running out was hard to endure.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. So far, the reason why I keep coming back is the value for money. For the prices of the rooms they offer, you'll get to have a comfortable experience in Sapa. Between the duration of 5 years, everything about this hotel has been consistent. The rooms were sufficiently spacious with enough equipment you'll need for your stay considering the weather. Depending on the rooms you booked, you'll probably get a room with a glimpse of the terraces and a sight of the clouds emerging. The beds provides warmth with the electric bed heater attached to it. The breakfast they offer was one of our highlights as they were well prepared and had a homey quality to it. There were a lot of very good selections for the food as well and I highly recommended their pho. Their lobby will welcome you with warmth from their fireplace. There is access to the next door bar which also has a very nice vibe. My only issue with my stay here is the bathroom. The water heater collects only a certain amount of water and only after a short time the water would become cold. Considering the temperature & weather we were in at that time, it was hard to use the bathroom facilities. Another slight issue for me is the room's main locks. The room door locks were traditional key access with push locks. As most hotel room locks these days are through card access, I feel like the traditional door lock were not as secure as I hope. However, overall this hotel is highly recommended and would definitely go back to stay here again and again for their very affordable rates and comfortable stay.

Pillows were small. Unlike other hotels, you only have 1 pillow to one guest. No hand or face towels provided.

Location is convenient, right in the middle of the city Center. Has great view within the building and out of our room!
