Location is perfect, 100 metres from the Bridge & night market but on Island & therefore away from noise & lights & close to great value restaurants Used pool throughout the day to cool off. Vin Vin, was brilliant, helped with any questions, book tours & even our flight from Danang after problems with our credit card. She’s gold

We loved everything! The room was nice and clean, the pool felt amazing after a long day of exploring, the location is amazing (very close to the old town and the night market), and the cherry on the cake is the receptionist Vivi! She’s so nice, helpful, and she will do everything she can to help you book the best excursions/bus/go to the best restaurants so you’ll have the best experience in Hoi An. Thank you Vivi :)

Our room didn’t have a separate bathroom, just a frosted glass partition so the room did get a little steamy after a hot shower. There is no water refill station but the hotel does sell bottles of water for very cheap.

The location was fantastic with the market and old town essentially on the doorstep. Despite this you couldn’t hear the market from the rooms! The pool was so lovely and open late. The owner was also incredible. She was so helpful and gave us great advice!

The staff were amazing in particular Vi, the receptionist. You can tell she really has a passion for her job and country goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay with loads of recommendations of everything. This is a must stay if your going to Hoi An, perfect location with a nice pool.

Room and bathroom was clean. Amazing location right near the lantern boats and bridge. Staff were fantastic (Vivi especially gave lots and lots of recommendations). Able to use a shower and toilet and leave your bags after check out. Pool was a lovely feature.

In the late afternoon and in the early morning it was noisy while the swimming pool was getting clean (this was because out room was next to the reception and the pool)

Very well located, close to the markets and to the river!! Staff is nice, they recommended us some places where to grab some food and they were actually very good! Room is clean, there’s a fan and air cond.

Very slippery tiles when wet in bathroom

This is a welcoming and friendly place to stay..Fabulous location with great food in the neighborhood. The night market is 2 minutes walk and the old Town 5 minutes away. The swimming pool is lovely after a hot day out.Excellent value for money. .

The toilet tiles were slightly slippery. The room is a little bit dusty. The fan especially needs a clean.

Vi was an excellent staff/ receptionist. Very helpful and friendly. To have a pool well maintained within a reasonable size and affordable (in comparison with other homestay within the vicinity) homestay was the highlight. Will come back here again if I'm in Hoi An

The pool is very nice. But the nice lady a the reception, was everything. She was very nice gave us a lot of insights and recomandations, where to eat, what trips to do and all the prices so that we wouldn't pay to much.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and kind. We were given a map with excellent recommendations on where to eat and where to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. Fantastic location. No faults. Would definitely recommend.

Location of the place was excellent. Short walking distance of the night markets. What made the stay a stand out for me was the staff. Reception "V" was extra helpful. Provided recommendations and a map with the suggestions. Very informative and completely honest. The property itself was a nice homely place to stay but "V" is the main reason we would come back and not hesitate to recommend the place.

We liked everything about this accommodation!

Great place to stay in an ideal location within walking distance of everything you need. The place is clean and nicely decorated and is good value for money. We stayed one night and wished we’d stayed another. Vi the receptionist is very knowledgable and booked a couple of tours for us and arranged transport for when we moved on, all at competitive rates. Thanks Vi you’re a real treasure! We highly recommend this hostel.

Make sure to spend a little extra for a balcony room as our room had a window to a hall way so we were unable to get fresh air in

Perfect Location ~ 1min from Night Market, yet quiet during night, host will give you great recommendations for food. Loved our stay there. Famous Tailors steer was 10min walk and absolutely recommend to buy custom clothes!
