The Villas suite was disappointing. There was no sunshine at any time due to the location. The room was dark and dingy, old and shabby furniture, the bed was uncomfortable. The villa was away from the main hotel meaning quite a walk for everything. The name is wrong - there is no beach only a few chairs which have sun in the afternoon only. Our first evening meal was spoiled by a very noisy Bingo and karaoke session and very slow service.

Friendly and heplful staff. Good check in and check out process. Arranged taxis for our trips and departure. Nice view of Jost van Dyke. Good gift shop. Close to Smugglers cove. The food in the restaurant was quite good.

Although the BVI is inherently expensive and this was one of the more affordable properties I think it was very overpriced. Eating out options is very limited. Toiletries provided included one small shampoo and a single bar of hand soap.

Located next to a beautiful but small beach. The sea was not very swim friendly by comparison to other beaches we experienced in the BVI but the sand was beautiful and sunsets stunning. The restaurant was mediocre although our waitress was very good. Great facilities to keep you entertained including games and table tennis. The room was spacious and comfortable and air conditioning superb.

This is a very, very old property. You walk into the room and there's a hand stitched quilt that grandma must have made. Very small rooms, and while functional you can't wait to get out of the room.

Location, restaurant was beachfront, but across the street from the rooms meaning that All the rooms have no view.

Staff was making fun of guest. DJ didn’t play the only one song we ask him on our birthday celebration. said yes, but never played it. Bed mattress very uncomfortable. it seems there were morbid obesity people for weeks laying down there.

We asked to move room due to the loud entertainment and traffic noise. The rooms although spacious were quite tired needing updating with some equipment not working properly. Although beach was close, very restrictive Sandy beach area due to high tides hitting the front walls so we always walked over to Long Bay or Smugglers Cove which was a bit of a hike. The restaurant was mediocre and loud, didn’t really align with the pricey accommodation which was certainly not value for money.

Both rooms we stayed in overlooked the bay and was lovely to hear the waves. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am usually not one to complain, but I was more than disappointed. I booked and paid for 4 nights, but stayed for only two and checked out. The photos on the website did not match room #2 which we were assigned upon check-in. Clerk mentioned that we were "upgraded" to this room so instead of a garden view room that I booked, I now had a room with windows that were a few feet from a privacy wall. Almost all the photos seem to be taken professionally and not by visitors so take this into consideration when booking this hotel, The bed was comfortable and clean, but the room itself was shabby. Bathroom is very small and the bathroom door when opened blocked the tv Note* there is no beach only rocks. The surf hits a retainer wall fronting the lounge chairs which sit above the water on a patch of beach sand.

there was no hot water in our room. there was something banging on the roof all night. there were bugs in the bathroom. the safe was broken. the list is longer I would not recommend this location.
