Nothing. It was great as a stop over to and from sailing. It was quiet, which suited us, but it would not do for a longer stay, or for families with young children.

One of the two AC's in the room was not working. There were some ants in the room, which is typical in the tropics, unless you use too much chemicals.

Nice beach location, pool is nice, reception and rooms are renovated. Staff was kind.

The young staff needs to be more aware of people’s needs in the restaurant. They seem to disappear for a while out back. The older staff was spot on especially Shazz! We loved her!

I would have given a higher rating, and only giving these negative comments because I would so like to return next year. Firstly the housekeeping was inconsistent. the room was serviced every day , however we had to visit reception 5 times during our 10 day stay to mention lack of towel replacement, filling of soap in the shower, & hand soap, replacement of water in the room i.e. simple things! Also service at the restaurant mainly evenings was also inconsistent, with some nights leaving us with the feeling of being ignored, In the end we narrowed this down to one particular member of staff! On this basis we decided to eat out for a majority of our stay and found some amazing restaurants. Breakfast was normally excellent with much improved service, with one particular lady who was not there every day and who's name escapes me, made us feel very welcome & special thank you!

The resort location is superb and close to the airport, just 15 mins drive, (but no aircraft noise at all). and about 20 mins to Road town Port. Its position on the island is East end and is a little removed from the main activities on the island. Its not the distance just the quality and terrain of the roads means average speed driven is relatively slow. If you stay at this resort you will you need a hire car (4x4) if you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island. As for this resort, the beach is immaculate and was deserted, perfect for secluded sun bathing. The restaurant on site is excellent and food quality also did not disappoint. Our room was very clean, with good aircon and the most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept in for years. WIFI was excellent also. The swimming pool looked like it had been recently refurbished to a very high standard with perfect water temp. All in all close to perfect!

I was not impressed there was building on site right by the swimming pool- noone informed me I was a single lady staying so was not impressed being put in a room at the edge of the resort.! I would have preferred nearer the middle/ next to services and more lighting to walk alone at night back to the room.

I loved the tropical beach location that was private for hotel guests. The rooms were very clean. The staff were really friendly.

Unfortunately there was some construction going on so we felt that the room price should perhaps have reflected the fact that the hotel was not fully operational. Some of the staff were a bit surly and a few smiles would have improved the atmosphere.

The staff looked bored and didn’t feel like they had been trained well. Felicia however was amazing and if they could all be like her (helpful, enjoying their job, anticipating needs) then it would be really special.

The property is a little outdated therefore it needs some minor updates to be more modern.
