While the location was central, finding it was difficult and the taxi from the station dropped us off 400 meters away, We had to haul our luggage to the hotel, it would be advisable to call the hotel and they can arrange to collect visitors to avoid this inconvenience. Breakfast for vegetarians was a problem, vegans in our group had to do with jam, cheese and bread mainly.

Excellent location, less than 100 meters from Lyabi Haus and a few minutes walk to the Ark and Minaret. The property is run by a family and they were very helpful and also shared a lot of information on places to see. The rooms were clean and decorated well. Good breakfast ( eggs and salami chicken) and a very friendly home atmosphere.

Nothing. Everything we experienced was to our liking.

Our stay was the best. The hotel was ran by a family. Everyone was warm and welcoming and made sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. The owner's son, Hushid can provide a day tour outside the city center where he explains the Islam and Uzbek culture. It is definitely recommended. The location cannot be beat. It is just beside Labi Havz and everything is walking distance. We will definitely stay here again if given the chance to return. 😁🙏✨

The location is perfect, just off Lyabi Khause Square and easily walkable to everything in old town. Breakfast is amazing - they just keep bringing food, and it's all good. The family who run the guesthouse are really wonderful, honestly concerned that you enjoy your stay, helpful, and more responsive before arrival than most guesthouses I stayed at in Uzbekistan. They can also help arrange transportation to sites outside the center for really good rates.

The family that runs Samani Bukhara is delightful. I had a lot of fun speaking with the sons (they both have good English and one has lived in the UK) and the father is lots of fun to talk to in Russian. The family made me feel very comfortable in Bukhara. Breakfasts were delicious and could be eaten either in the breakfast room or the spacious courtyard. The hotel is less than one minute walk from Lyabi Hauz square, the charming social center of Bukhara. I recommend you stay here!

Very kind and helpful host. He gave us a map of the sight seeing places which was really helpful. The location of the property is the best. Walking distance from the places to visit. Rooms are clean and spacious. They made a very good vegetarian breakfast for us. Finding vegetarian food is difficult in Uzbekistan but they took extra effort to make tasty vegetarian dishes. Really Appreciate it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Can be a bit noisy if people are talking in the central courtyard late at night. Also the window blind still let lots of light in. Staff were quite keen to sell you tours / hamam experiences - would be better to just have a leaflet or poster advertising these, as I felt a bit hassled at times.

Nice room, good copious breakfast. Excellent location on a quiet backstreet in the very centre of Bukhara. Friendly staff.

Bathroom facilities are to be fixed in the nearest future. Again, as at every Uzbek hotel, you have to use electric light and conditioner instead of the natural light and air, but if you are traveling in summer, this must be okay. The conditioner works well.

The staff was supernice and very helpful, the breakfast truly delicious and bountiful. The room was spacious and comfortable (although, as everywhere in Uzbekistan, you should not expect a functional window). The hotel is one step removed from the central square of the Old Town, 10-15 minutes walk to Minorai Kalon and the Ark citadel, so very convenient to return after a day's tour.

The location is great, walking distance from Lyabi-Hauz and rest of important sights. Breakfast was fantastic and abundant. I wanted to visit a Hamman, and they booked an appointment and took me there. Also, they arrange the taxi to the train station so all great.

The location is good and the old Bukhara is walkable distance from the stay. The food is very good (being a vegetarian, my needs were catered to very well). They offered a pickup from railway station at an affordable additional charge as well. The handmade slippers to use inside room was a good touch

Central location, in a minute you're in the middle of the square with all kinds or shops and restaurants. Courtyard and room very spacious. Owners very nice and accommodating. Lovely breakfast.

Everything was perfect: clean, comfortable room, location near the Lab-i-hauz, two steps from all attractions, but the most importantly - friendly and relaxed atmosphere created by the hosts. They were very helpful, personally provided transportation and there was even no problem getting to the station in the middle of the night (thanks again Carlos!).

Limited communal areas inside for when it’s cold in winter.

Great location and the family were incredibly helpful and friendly including picking up us from the station and helping with our luggage. Great breakfast too.
