The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to the roundabout with Amir Timur - it was not a problem but just something to be aware of if you are planning on exclusively walking around to see sights.

The property is located about 30 seconds away from a good selection of restaurants and a local supermarket .The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and quiet. The breakfast also had a good variety of typical Central Asian dishes. They arranged a tour with a local tour guide for us which was great. Thank you for your quick reply to my messages and for arranging a complimentary taxi to & from the train station.

The shower is not sealed underneath, making the water flow all around the toilet. The large bed was, in fact, two smaller beds put together, so in the middle you can feel a hard part. The location is not really near to the main attractions, but luckily in Uzbekistan taxis are mega cheap, so you can reach anywhere easily.

The main guest was very gentle, and takes care of you, from the minute you arrive till the minute you leave. We appreciated the arranged transport from the station and the welcome drink. The highlight of this place is certainly the breakfast! Lot of food options, for all tastes (vegetarian friendly as well). There was a nice balcony in the room, with a pretty view.

Adding in-room kettles would be a nice touch for guest convenience. The hot food selection for breakfast was not for my taste.

The staff went above and beyond! They were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient access to a supermarket and several restaurants right on its doorstep. (Bonus tip: Try the bakery named Mona across the street – it's delicious!) The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and offered great value for the price. Breakfast offered a wide selection of Bakery .

We landed in Samarkand stayed at ideal for 1 night. Service was so nice, that we decided to come back from Tashkent and stayed at ideal again. Staff is very helpful, always on their toes to fulfill your requirements. They also provided us free transfer from and to the airport. The location is great, nice food joints around the hotel. Access to all tourist destinations is also very close to the hotel. Breakfast spread was nice too. Bed was comfy AC and heater available in the room. Quite spacious room for with all the amenities. Overall a great place to stay! As a token of gesture they gave us souvenir. It was great touch to show their hospitality! I loved staying at Samarkand!

This hotel was great, perfect location near to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Not too far from main sights to visit, about 20 minutes walking. Seems everything in the hotel is brand new, nice and spacious rooms, very clean, comfy beds and good breakfast. I would especially like to mention the friendly and welcoming staff who was very supportive and even ordered a taxi for us. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.

Providing kettles in the rooms could enhance guest amenities. However, the breakfast area appeared dull. While the food selection was adequate, the taste was average.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating, even resolving a booking issue in our favour. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. I particularly recommend the restaurant across the street with the same name. The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price.

The rooms are large and airy. The beds are comfortable. We travelled in winter, the rooms had heating, warm bathroom floors, and towel heaters. The location is in a lively area with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one.

Maybe a water boiler but they also offered tea and coffee.

I think this is one if the best hotels not in Samarkand but in all Uzbekistan 🇺🇿. The staff is so welcoming and helpful even helped us booking a train to Tashkent , Managing airport transfer to hotel and finally they hosted a new year party for all the guests . Love the vibe and love their energy and attitude .

the only thing that i dislike was the bed. Their beds are too tiny. If you are tall and full figured person, then it would be hard to sleep.

i like the location and the design of the property. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. i love the breakfast. you can have real coffee like brewed coffee, lots of options. it was superb!
