Beautiful hotel. Must stay in Tashkent!! If you want to stay at an authentic Uzbekh hotel with beautiful architecture, this is the place. The food, service, staff, all of it is really great. It is also centrally located so everything you want to visit is not more than 10 minutes away by cab. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is not in the centre of the happening places in the city. You would need a cab to take you to the different places. The lane outside the hotel seems lonely in the evening.

You need to open the front door of the hotel and move beyond the reception to witness its grandeur. It has an enchanting alley that takes you from a regular reception area to a beautiful courtyard on your way to the rooms. A quaint little elevator with stained glass interiors took us to our room on the second level. We enjoyed our stay, thanks to Azamat on their front desk.

Not only that this property ticked all the boxes but also the staff was absolutely amazing - ten out ten in all aspects: 1- my flight arrived in early hours of morning. I turned up at the property to drop off the bags knowing that no hotel would give a 6:00am check-in. But how wrong was I - they reception staff took me to breakfast room at 06:15hrs have breakfast that too on the house while my room was being prepared. And at 7:00am I was in the room - simply amazing service. 2 - the breakfast was great with a variety foods. 3- location is amazing, quite close to the airport yet not that far from the city.

Lift was not working - a minor inconvenience.

Check-in and all staff were excellent. Beautiful room - a Suite. Hotel has all facilities, including indoor swimming pool which we used. Very good bar and restaurant.

By far, it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in. The rooms are spacious and there’s a sense of luxury associated with the experience. The food options and 24*7 restaurant, the quality and taste of the food, especially desserts was top notch. Staff was very helpful especially Parvina :)

Location. Its not in a very touristy area.

The hotel was very cozy and in a very secluded area. It was a old structure hotel and huge rooms and a living area. The bathroom were also very huge and very clean. The breakfast was also very good and served a whole lot of food with choice of eggs

Very small complaint was that there were no fresh fruits for breakfast only tinned fruits.

The hotel is made of 5 separate buildings, called villas, forming a kind of enclosed compound with courtyards and alleys, giving it a local feel. The service was excellent too

Rooms are clean however the furnishings are a bit bling and not exactly central Asian but it all works just fine. Super value for money !

The bed was not that comfortable or soft, but I guess it is something around Uzbequistan.

The staff was so kind, the restaurant was very good, the pool was super nice and the gym was very well equipped. It was a very nice stay and in general a very nice hotel. Recommended!

It's a little big and easy to get lost, but it's fine.

The hotel is really beautiful inside and out, and it's very big. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I loved my room and the bed was beautiful.
