Probably the best equipped room we had during our stay in the country and in the perfect location, just inside the Ichan Qala's walls. The host was very nice and helpful, giving advice and explaining cultural aspects. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt at home there and I could not think about any improvement that would be needed. The manager of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and gave good advice about sightseeing and other activities.

The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was very tasty. It was prepared with love. I want to say something about the excellent location of Guest House Orzu. Some hotels are inside the town so cars cannot bring you directly to your hotel. Some hotels are outside the town so you have to walk to the town bur Orzu hotel location is very good. It is located right in the town wall so cars could bring you right to the door of the hotel and the town is within a minute walk.

Şakir Bey is one of the best host I've ever met so far. He helped us planning airport pick-up, fortress trip, Buhara transfer. He is honest and humble man with kind manners. The location is within 3 minutes to Islam Hodja minaret by walk. Beds and room was well decoreted, equipped with neat furniture. Everything was clean and tidy. Definetily will be staying in Orzu if I visit Khiva again!

Very nice guest house with good breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. Only a 20 minute walk from Khiva station and very close to all main sites. The owners are very kind and helpful. To reach the guesthouse, you can enter Khiva from the East Gate, then turn right following the city wall (keeping it to your right) heading towards the North Gate. After walking for 2-5 minutes the guesthouse will be to your left.

The guest house is located in Itchan Kala, so all the top attractions in Khiva are within walking distance, of course. The staff were unbelievably friendly and made me feel at home there. Also the breakfast was exceptional. The room was very nice.

Breakfast is the same everyday, could improve on that. The room is really small, if you bring more than carry on luggage you will struggle to keep them. Very limited clothes hanging space. The bathroom is a bit dated , and needs upgrading.

Really kind and family like hospitality by the owner. We arrived at about 11pm, the owner welcomed us and made us tea. Gave us useful local information. Shoes are left outside of front door, which we liked very much. The place is very clean. I liked the firm bed but my wife found it a bit hard

Very nice guest house in ideal location. Friendly and attentive family who made me feel so welcome. Spotlessly clean and large comfortable room with good shower. Good breakfast served in nice room and tea/coffee always available. Arranged fortress trip and airport taxi at very reasonable prices.

Fabulous small hotel inside the old city walls. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was beautifully clean (shoes off before you enter), rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

When we arrived our room smelled very bad of smoke, unfortunately the other guests had smoked in there. Our room was very cold at night, there was central heating but there was not much isolation and we had one of the outside rooms. Thin blankets Mattress very hard
