Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaThe bathroom and its amenities need some improvement. A bit outdated furniture, but still acceptable level. If the room's window faces the street (like mine), it will be noisy all day and night. So it's better to keep the window closed.
Nice central location. Good welcome and services. Room has all main facilities for short-term and business stay. Especially liked the large size of the bed and the comfort of sleep. Breakfast was good with a variety of local and international options. Wi-Fi worked well.

Also, hotel is not arranging airport transfers upon arrival, therefore traveller needs to deal with taxi drivers at the airport. Transfer for departure is not a problem as hotel is calling the taxi company for You.

LithuaniaThe furniture and some interior details need to be refreshed. There have been few ants in the bathroom, but the staff was informed and took action. It is a pity that the roof top terrace was not functional at the time of the stay but you can go and check out the view. It is still a bit pricy for a solo traveller to stay in.
Location is very convenient as the hotel is placed in the city center. A pleasant location with few nice restos and cafes around. A big Kozinka supermarket is also close by. The hotel staff is very helpful, breakfast has variety of food to offer, the room was big enough to enjoy the stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet place. Highly recommended.

United KingdomI booked 3 rooms for myself and colleagues. Rooms were excellent and staff were very helpful. The only downside was the ac! All 3 rooms never got below 29C. Had maintenance look at all 3 rooms but made no difference. At times it was cooler outside. Breakfast was fine, but the egg station was closed on Sunday.
