AC in room

AC was not working properly and we have asked it 2 times before 2nd time. It was not under their control. We have faced too much issue in sleeping without AC.

The bathroom and its amenities need some improvement. A bit outdated furniture, but still acceptable level. If the room's window faces the street (like mine), it will be noisy all day and night. So it's better to keep the window closed.

Nice central location. Good welcome and services. Room has all main facilities for short-term and business stay. Especially liked the large size of the bed and the comfort of sleep. Breakfast was good with a variety of local and international options. Wi-Fi worked well.

I am staying in Grand Mir Hotel not the first time. Very good location, not far away from airport (15 min taxi drive). Many restaurants in nearby. Swimming pool! Big rooms. Good breakfast. Bar. Will stay here again during next trips.

air conditioner was weak so the whole room was not cooled in summer. you have to stay near the conditioner to survive in hot days

Internet is not good enough, but I understand it might be a countrywide problem. Also, hotel is not arranging airport transfers upon arrival, therefore traveller needs to deal with taxi drivers at the airport. Transfer for departure is not a problem as hotel is calling the taxi company for You.

Breakfast was good. You can get whatever You want. Hotel also kindly arranged me early arrival for free.

All is good except the water was not available included in room, i would rather buy one if there were bar fridge. I was so thirsty in the morning because of the drink i had that night. No water! But staff was so friendly.

The furniture and some interior details need to be refreshed. There have been few ants in the bathroom, but the staff was informed and took action. It is a pity that the roof top terrace was not functional at the time of the stay but you can go and check out the view. It is still a bit pricy for a solo traveller to stay in.

Location is very convenient as the hotel is placed in the city center. A pleasant location with few nice restos and cafes around. A big Kozinka supermarket is also close by. The hotel staff is very helpful, breakfast has variety of food to offer, the room was big enough to enjoy the stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet place. Highly recommended.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and colleagues. Rooms were excellent and staff were very helpful. The only downside was the ac! All 3 rooms never got below 29C. Had maintenance look at all 3 rooms but made no difference. At times it was cooler outside. Breakfast was fine, but the egg station was closed on Sunday.
