Huge 2 bedroom suite, very clean and comfortable with lovely staff, especially Safira and Leo. Breakfast was very good and we had a lovely stay

The air-conditioning did not work in one of the rooms, the rooms did not have any windows, with only an attic opening, which made it slightly claustrophobic when the AC did not work.

Very co-operative and courteous staff, always ready to help. Excellent location, very close to the airport, (terminal 1& 2) and the train station. Terminal 3 is a further 3 kms away and there are no airport shuttles. The rooms are well appointed, clean and are medium sized, not small and not very large either. Excellent breakfast options, with a pretty large dining area and attentive staff giving hot breakfast on time. We had a good time staying here.

I didn’t like the bathroom… the shower area was very small. Whenever we take bath the water goes down on the floor. There is no window in the room that we can see outside. Breakfast also has very limited options.

The reception staff are very helpful especially Safia..but other staff don’t understand English…

I was locked outside for about 10 minutes while staying at the hotel. Instead of receiving an apology, I was informed that there was only one staff member on duty at night. Being locked out without an apology and receiving complaints from the staff is not a good experiences.

They offered to store our luggage for multiple days while we traveled to another city. Additionally, they provided a lunch box for our early flight when we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Nothing to say really. Beds were hard, but that is just Uzbekistan.

Will stay here again when I need to fly out of Tashkent. Rooms are nice and the place feels well-built. It's a little old, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a couple of minutes to the airport.

the room on the 6th floor has skylights, like an attic. therefore it was not convenient to ventilate the room. this was not in the description of the room, which was misleading initially.

The impression at the reception varies - sometimes they are correct and professional, sometimes they are simply impolite. Be prepared for both possibilities. Another important downside is the mattress: it is extremely worn-out, and you can feel the springs in your back. You'd better check the mattress before you accept the room.

The location, next to the airport, makes it a practical option for a short stay.

Looked empty, but we received the last, roof floor of six floor hotel (mansard) which of course not very comfortable. No bars or food places around.

I used the hotel as a day room for a long layover both to and from Almaty and Samarkand. Staff was extremely nice and helpful with my late checkins and made sure I got back to the airport with no issues
