The water in the shower was cold so taking a cold shower wasn't that great. Maybe inform the guests that the water needs to run for a very long time. not sure if it works then as I didn't have any hot water but worth testing.

There were some minor issues with the room. Nothing that hampered our stay. But since this was the most we paid for a room during our trip thru 3 countries, we expected it to be perfect.

Beautiful property, close to the old downtown, Main Street, bus and ferry terminals. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was the best we had during our 2 week trip.

We enjoyed everything.

The daily breakfast felt SO SPECIAL! Herman greeted us each morning in the lobby area and prepared our light breakfast (fruit, croissants, panini sandwiches with ham and cheese, cake slices, etc.). This is a boutique-style hotel which only has a few rooms, so their level of service makes you feel quite special. On our last day, we ate breakfast on the very nice outdoor patio, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

My only issue was right outside my window was three external downlights and the blinds in the bedroom were not the best so I had light coming in from all sides of the blinds all night

The old fashioned skeleton door keys. They may be quaint, but they are a pain in the arse.

Clean, centrally located, convenient, comfy bed, filling breakfasts, and most importantly quiet. The air conditioning worked well, a little too well; had to use the comforter even though the unit was set to 27 Celsius.

Description said English spoken but it wasn't. Hotel was small and was actually very noisy during our visit - people speaking, things banging and building work next door.

Central location, close to the old town, and easy to find. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful although they dicn't speak English. Smaller hotel than we expected and outside/ communal area wasn't as large as we expected. Large room with nice old pieces of furniture. Comfortable bed. Very good shower. Breakfast was different but good. Kitchen was available for us to use the kettle.

It is located at the ground level next to a crossing, hence, since I had a light sleep, I was awaken during the night some times due to noises on the street.

Bed very good and honest breakfast. Very good location to visit Colonia del Sacramento, we had only 1 day and it was well located to go ti the main places. The recepcionist was very thoughtful and kind.

Blackout blinds! It needs blackout blinds - there is too much light coming in at night and in the morning. Other than that, this place was great.

Our hosts were awesome. While I tried to muddle my way in Spanish, they were happy to communicate in English and gave us really great advice on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. The room was super cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

There were building works going on near the room we had booked so the hotel gave us a free upgrade! The room was beautiful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They brought us breakfast in our room because the works effected the communal breakfast area. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety and plenty of it. Loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
