The room’s bathroom. No surfaces to put anything on. No hooks - had obviously been some but they were missing. Bathroom was clean definitely needed an update.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was close to everything we needed. It is located in a safe area of the French Quarter in Royal Street. The rooms were clean and of a good size. We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham very much.

The smell of the lobby was so strong it was a lot. Also the two elevators to get to our room was a little crazy. Wouldn’t let us do late check out.

We enjoyed the location and ease of access to everything like eateries, bourbon street, and the French quarter and Trolly.

Like most hotels in the USA - no fridge, but there is an ice bucket. The twin beds are an awkward size too... Not quite a double, but bigger than a king single.

Food was just ok Not what I expected from New Orleans, but service was not good at all.

Perfect location. Very courteous and helpful staff. Parking is $42 per day plus tax. I realize downtown hotels have parking but as Wyndham owners, I think that we should get a discount on parking. I will say the parking was very efficient. The room was very clean. And decent size Bed comfortable. Small bathroom. Bad situation for smokers. Designated smoking area is in the garage area where they bring down the cars. The “thing” that you put your cigarettes in is always overflowing. Pretty nasty! I chose to smoke on the sidewalk instead. The concierge was very helpful.

Cleanliness: There was an unpleasant smell in our room. In response to our request to tidy up, the cleaning staff only poured some liquid on the carpet and changed the bedding, which unfortunately did not improve it much. Noise: It was generally what you would expect in the center of the French Quarter. However, we did have very noisy neighbors on the last night, which was unpleasant.

Staff: Dahlia, the concierge, was extremely helpful with booking tours, and Mr. Malcolm at the front desk was very accommodating in assisting us with late check-out arrangements. The hotel security was very polite and welcoming. Location: Close to everything and we felt safe in the area.

Very small Bathroom n the Shower over the Bath. No room to move or bend over without hitting your arms on the wall. No view, this was disappointing for an 11th floor room.

The room was a bit dark and the furniture quite old-fashioned. The window couldn't be opened. Our room was on the 19th floor and we had to use two elevators to get there, since the first elevator stops on the 18th floor. There's no restaurant, but we went out for breakfast and found some nice cafés nearby. It's quite noisy from the street, especially Fridays and Saturdays when there's partying all night long.

We liked that we could just exit the hotel and walk around in the French Quarter without having to drive anywhere first. The room was spacious and we had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was big and there was a bathtub. The shower head was a bit difficult to reach, though.

We had a little issue with the billing. They actually charged me for two rooms one night which I paid on booking.com.
