There is a kitchenette but no cookware or dishes…but they’ll sell you some for absolutely ridiculous prices. I did not see on the listing that these were not available but even if the listing is clarified, I could’ve gotten a nicer room for a cheaper price if I didn’t need the kitchenette. By the time I went and bought supplies for dinner, I could’ve just booked an airbnb & had an entire house to myself.

Thin walls neighbors ubove us were so noisy heard them running around all night log. Couldn't get any sleep since they have raised the price so much they need to fix this. I will not be back.

It worked in a pinch. The room has no extras no coffee maker & no coffee so bring what you need I guess. It is the very basic. Again it worked fine for a one night sleep and out!

Checkin could’ve been a bit easier but we ended up getting douped into paying more money for an extra 3 nights that we thought was already paid but then we were told we “under paid” by a new manager who could’ve been a bit more professional. Also tone goes a long way if you’re in the customer service business. Some occasional bugs (baby roaches) but that’s expected since people cook in there and don’t clean their mess.

There was no breakfast included, but I liked the room was equipped with a fridge and stove.

I was instructed when I checked in that o just needed to put my trash outside my door for pickup, however that is not case. You have to take out the trash yourself and you also have to wash your linen, UNLESS you want to pay additional fee. I also had to pay $2.50 -$2.75 to wash clothes. The halls reaked of cigarette smoke so better ventilation would have been nice. When leaving I utilized the luggage cart and the front wheel was deflated and had been for more than a couple of days. The only elevator was out of order with no sign or mention of it from staff. The beds were not comfortable at all, didn't have a nice sleep the whole 10 days I was there. While there the air from the open hall would make my room door bang as if someone was trying to enter a wrong room. In the bathroom the paint from the tub around the drain was coming off and there was spots on the wall where the plaster was picked off. There was no offer of a broom or dustpan to clean up because of the additional fee for service.

I enjoyed the large refrigerator, and available stove. I also liked the way you can wash your clothes with an app that tells you when your clothes are done. I did like that you could move the beds as I had a child that rolls off the bed.

Don't see y an extra bed of that fact that I've been living there for 3 months pretty mu h and I have a ruff week and have to pay loupe days at a time now because it takes half of what it cost for a week 418% a week but 3 days is like 250 pretty upset

Bad smell and extra fees: The hotel smells bad (it smelled like stale smoke to me and we were on the non-smoking floor). You to pay fees for a bunch of things like dishes, extra linens and local phone calls. There are limited front desk hours and it can be hard to catch someone if you need something. Booking.com does not tell you that there are no dishes or cookware in the kitchen. You have to PAY for cookware and dishes.

The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean.

We show up and they wanting to charge us $20 for being a hour early so had to come back later, the room we reserved we did not get. The whole building smelt like pot. We asked for non smoking and all they had was smoking yet again not room we reserved. Room looked to have mold in bathroom and smelt bad. We ended up just sleeping on top of the bed and not in it.

Super nice for being the cheapest option in town. I mean don’t waste your time with super 8 in Moore or Thunderbird travel lodge in Norman. This is the place. Super clean, staff doesn’t bug you and no deposit to boot.

I stayed at this hotel at other locations and this was so different in a bad way. The room wasn’t clean! No coffee or tea or anything of that sort! Though u have a small kitchenette! There are no plates/ mugs! Nothing! Bathroom didn’t have small shampoos or other stuff! I was disappointed since I picked this one coz I used it at other locations so I wouldn’t be surprised! But ufff

Same thing that April and it's in the middle of nothing why????? No way to walk to get anything and a two day minimum for stays really???

Very little the morning girl was very rude April to me and I was not happy about a personal issue that was addressed in the front lobby with her there and other stay as well not professional at all!
