The staff were not the nicest. They seemed bothered and rude.

I love staying at the hotel, however our bathroom seemed a little off. The faucet kept clogging and took forever to drain. There was also not a lot of water pressure in the shower.

Have to pay extra for parking although you rent a car with in-property rental. Rental Cars are already in parking. You ask for connecting rooms for kids, they tell you it’s an additional 60$ to secure it before arrival. Squeeze the lemon. Breakfast place is overcrowded, had to wait 45mns for seating, when first morning they opened additional seating from restaurant next to it … why not everyday ?

Connecting rooms Good breakfast although not included Nice location

Kiosks were not working for 100’s of ppl at check in… making the line about 400 ppl long. It tool 1.5 hours to check in. App wasn’t working to check in on either and many ppl could not locate a “QR” code on their reservation to be able to check in digitally. There were only 4 ppl working the front desk and at one point 2 of them disappeared for about 30 minutes.

Reasonable price $118 per night. The lobby amenities available were appropriate based on price point. Great location on the strip. Clean rooms. Though dated, it was apparent the hotel has been keeping up with maintenance and repairs to keep things functioning and working smoothly.

Like any other Vegas hotel, they would literally charge you for anything, there wasn't even complimentary/welcome water. and if you put your stuff in the fridge and move the things in the minibar fridge an inch, their automatic chip would automatically charge you money on the bill, so check that before checking out to get the full deposit back.

The double room was very spacious, clean, and adequately sized bathroom, with a closet that has a safe and iron and ironing board and hangers. Located right on the strip so there's nothing to criticise about that.

Unable to use fridge in room as it’s mini bar and if you touch you pay. Cost of simple things like $12.00 for two cokes in hotel store. Cost of bottle water in room $18.00 and it’s warm. Found everything to be very expensive.

Some incorrect debits were made to my credit card. Rectified later but this kept the amount of $ 450 approx blocked for nearly a month which was not a pleasant experience.

Gym closed at 4pm, and was available to literally anyone. Couldn't use the bar fridge without incurring a $50 "restocking" fee, which is just a cash grab. Front desk was understaffed.

Room was big. Place was clean. Pretty central on the strip.

Every little bit is commercialized - no free breakfast, no free parking, 18$ for a bottle a water. Room was a bit outdated, dirty window spoiled the view. The biggest disappointment was a casino: small and mostly gaming machines, rude dealers. We ended up going to Bellagio instead, it has a much better atmosphere.

    Location is obviously perfect.
