NO hot water in the shower, and sometimes in the morning none in the sink. I was placed next to to ice dispenser, so was awakened frequently by people seeking ice. Walls were thin, so I heard conversations & t.V. from both sides. Hard to reach from highway, especially going south. The sign and driveway were unlit, difficult to find in the dark. Although perched on a hill above the highway, my room was particularly noisy.

Greatful for the fridge and microwave because I needed breakfast which fortunately I had because there was no food provided. Sometime hot water in the bathroom sink. Close to my destination. Comfortable bed. Allowed me to check in somewhat earlier than usual the first day. No one checked me out, so I just left the key.

Rude Very greedy about getting their money ,rate kept going up for weekly i was intiatly told one price and then each week it went up 50 dollars No room service and only one key per room .ON my Day to leave they insisted on payment by 11 then by 12 they told me to leave not wanting my money ( as I drove away the manager said they needed my room there was a flood in the one of the other rooms) That's just not acceptable

My recommendations is to inspect the room heating turns off every 5 minutes very dangerous. It does not warm up the room . The thermostat is broken.There is a strong odor trap. Guarantee anyone with lung disease will become sick if able to spend the night. The room heating and ventilation it’s a health hazard. Needs to be address.

Excellent location, close to areas attractions and downtown. The room look clean. There old furniture needs to be replace sometimes less is better. Only use equipment that is safe. The staff is friendly and if the heater and environment odor is corrected it’s a good option with price. It will also add quality and volume of customer and increase the reviews.

Check in took a long time; not sure why it took so long for the people ahead of me. There were no towels in the room, and that shouldn't have been a big deal, but I was naked before I realized it, and had to get dressed and go to the office.

I chose it for the location, and that was good. Up on a rise so pretty quiet despite being right on a main drag.

The whole place has lot's of potential, but it's all unrealized. The rooms are antiquated. The bathroom was a mess, mold growing on the caulking in the shower. Exposed wiring in the closet. Paint drops on the floor, and really the finishing in the room is either not done, or very poorly done. Bugs in the Ice Machine, and the chain lock wasn't mounted so that you couldn't use it.

The location was convenient. And the beds were extremely comfortable. The linens were clean.

I’m not recommend that hotel!! I stayed at the hotel one night. there is no mirror in a bathroom, room needs interior construction, everything looks like 100 years old.. main problem- bedbugs in the bed!!! all my body has bedbugs bites.. who gonna treat me?

I didn't like anything about this room.

The rooms smelled of filth. The curtains were filthy and dusty. My son wouldn't even sleep in the other bed because he said it smelled so bad.

The staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the process of checking in through Expedia. So the check in process was long and irritating. It was a older couple who managed the property and the wife was very rude. She seemed to become angry when she realized I paid a cheaper price with Expedia. She said a few words in her native language along with the price and decided not to help anymore. Her husband was friendly and more helpful with the process.
