Loved the old vintage feel. Everything was definitely dated, but all clean and functional. Excellent water pressure too!

The rooms walls were very thin and you could hear the guests walking around above us. The stairs to get up to the second floor were very steep and the gate opened outward. They don't have microwaves in the room but they have one in the lobby.

Great location and historic hotel. The plants looked great and the hotel transported you back in time. The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. It was located near lots of restaurants that were open late.

Nothing really, it was great value for money.

Very nice American motel. Loved the pool and the palm trees. Safe location which is very important on a trip to LA. A few minutes drive to old Pasadena which is a great location for dining and an evening out. Also great value for money and you even get good coffee and breakfast.

There was a very strong smell in the room, so much that it stuck to my shirt. Not sure what it was, smelled like plastic or cleaning products

The motel was very historic and the pool surrounded by palm trees was wonderful. We were not aware we would get anything for breakfast and it was a nice surprise.

There were a couple things that could have improved for the overall quality the hotel. The elevator was broken and the noise level is a bit loud when other guests are coming in/out of their rooms.

The property was clean and staff was always ready to help if needed , I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the location was in a quiet area with plenty of access to local eateries and fast food restaurants.

Breakfast! Staff are wonderful Security is appreciated, locking gates, etc Parking is easy, love the 1957 vibe We have been to the Saga several times, even with a dog.

The elevator was out of service, and the breakfast wasn't good, it's only tea/coffee with some croissants and some cakes, bananas/oranges, yogurts, etc., but that's it, nothing real to eat :)

The room was clean, heater - worked good, bed - comfortable, check-in - check-out went smooth, a lot of parking lots, friendly staff.

The rooms could be a little bit more clean, but they weren't messy or dirty in any way, but since there is carpet on the floor and its an open space outside a lot of dirt comes in and stays on the carpet.

The breakfast had enough food. The location was very convenient for me since it was walking distance to where I needed to go. Plus, many good restaurants on the area, never needed a car or taxi to move around.

Great value for money option in central Pasadena close to local restaurants and bus stop. Didn't use pool but looked fine. Nice self service breakfast even had Krispy Kreme doughnuts one morning! Room basic but had all amenities.

There was no freezer in the fridge and there should be more convenient outlets to charge phones.
