Property itself could be more state of the art. But still satisfying.

Clean Rom, friendly staff, parking upper deck or secured lower deck. Close to the city centre. I extended by one night and the receptionist help me with a good price on it.

The location is great for many reasons but around 8 pm is dangerous. Lots of drug addicts and homeless people around. Not very safe. I booked a non- smoking room. However this is not a 100% smoke-free hotel as it is tagged on Booking. The smoke penetrates to every room through the bathroom pipes. It is unbearable .I had to sleep with the windows open and the fan of the bathroom on. It was that bad. I could not bear to stay in the bathroom for very long. Someone from cleaning services came into my ro while I was getting ready. Luckily I had the deadbolt. I called the front desk and they apologized for it was maintenance mistake. But what an unexpected visit!

Walk distance to metro station and buses. Lots of option to eat. Also walk distance to a CVS pharmacy and other local restaurants. In the heart of Korea Town. People at the front desk were kind and respectful. And gave suggestions for dinner when I asked. There is parking on site which is not easy to find in this area. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Location - close enough to LA metro station/bus stops; in the heart of Ktown so lots of food options

The lift! I got one of the upper floor rooms. And each time going up or down was like an adventure or suspenseful situation. At times, the lift would function normally but at other times it would take forever to go up or down even when there are no stops on the floors in between.

Hotel is basic one on the edge of Koreatown. Nice eatery below the hotel and surrounded by some cool spots around it and access to trains and buses.

The PowerPoints, they were very old. All the cords were falling out of them. Made charging our phones challenging as we had to hold the cord in with something.

The beds were very comfortable. It was close to the subway station. It was safe and clean.

The furniture was outdated, and the elevator stopped working. Other than thar, it was not a bad place. It was clean, pest free from what I could see. The hotel just needed a few upgrades.

The security of the hotel was a bit superficial. We felt like anyone ccould go into the hotel anytime since the entrance to the hotel was through a parking which was open.

The room was spacious, and it had everything that you needed for a couple of days.

For US standards, even thought it’s a 2 star rated hotel, I expected Ramada group to have more qualified staff (even thought they were super friendly and helpful), and more facilities as a part of the hotel.

It’s affordable and in a good location with multiple eateries and a drug store along with a supermarket in the vicinity

The floor was dirty, coffee machine had hair in it. But it was still overall acceptable.

The room was spacious, staffs and housekeepers were very friendly, and there were free parking for hotel guests. Pretty good location, quiet neighborhood.

The bed. SO HARD. We tossed and turned all night.

We chose this hotel because of how close it is to The Wiltern. Guest parking was super convenient. The room was very clean. Everything worked great. Very nice layout. The only negative was the extremely hard bed. Ouch! But we got a great deal thru booking.com so all in all it was a good experience.
