The windows were a little poor in blocking out the noise from the road near by. Traffic could be heard throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Staff were very helpful and quick check-in and check-out. The room was very nice and well equip with ironing board, microwave, fridge and tv. Breakfast was nice, small amount of cooked food and some snacks, plus coffee and juice.

The lighting in the room was not well done, it was either too bright or too dim, there was no happy balance. There were no chairs to sit in, only the bed. The TV was a 32" TV, which was not good for viewing from the beds. The shower head needs to be replaced as some holes were blocked (room 303). The breakfast was not that good. Powered eggs. We picked up something from a local restaurant.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The shower was hot, and the towels appeared clean.

The carpet and curtains need to be replaced. The hotel has been under renovation, so hopefully these changes are in the plans.

The exterior and interior were recently painted. The breakfast options have something for everyone - fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, muffins, sausage, eggs, juice, milk, and coffee.

Dirty and worn out bed comforter. Only one roll of toilet paper and no toiletry or towel reservice even on second day of staying.

Bathtub faucet leaked. At 3 am, water was dripping out of ceiling register over bathtub. Put towels down to quiet down the dripping noise. Carpet was very dirty with stains.

While showering water pressure would disappear and come back several time,when running water or another room would run water the pipes would pop in the walls or when some other room would use water the pipes would rattle quite loud

The pool looked as if it hadn't been used so they didn't clean it the bottom had lots of algea and felt greasy.... The room we had was right by hwy and actually quite loud from the traffic...all night long heard vehicles passing by...

The manager gave me a hard time about my debit card. I have used this card at this location before. It also used on my booking account. Telling me I couldn’t use it. Because of new rules.

Elevator doesn’t work and it should be stated that it doesn’t especially for people that can’t walk stairs due to health issues (husband just recently had open heart surgery). I also requested a first floor room but was assigned a third floor room even after they said they could accommodate my request.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. They were kind enough to accommodate us by putting us on the first floor after having assigned us to the third floor since the elevator doesn’t work.

Parking with a trailer was a bit of a trick but manageable.

The location was great. The rooms and hotel as a whole, were very clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Had problem with ants but was immediately corrected and moved to another room.

Location was excellent!! Friendly staff. Reported a problem and it was corrected immediately!!! Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good would have been nice to change up some. Rooms were cleaned. Bed was very comfortable!!
