The increased pricing on 2nd night. 1st night was $80, 2nd night was $337.

Breakfast was not an option. However, it was nice to be able to get a cup of coffee each morning. Housekeeping was good.

The tv/internet system didn’t always work well, lots of lag. We did see one bug. Not too bad.

Simple and mostly clean. Decent water pressure and hot water. Not too loud although it was busy! Barbara in the front office was just amazing! Precious lady who really was wonderful!

Street noise was rough, which made for a not so great night of sleep. Wish the refrigerator worked.

Staff was the best. Very nice. Room looked great with the remodel. The refrigerator did NOT work, and we did tell the staff about it at checkout.

Very hard bed, no outlets or lamps near bed, air conditioner vent was broke so the vent had to be propped up to circulate air and not blow it directly on the floor, no tub, TV kept messing up and we couldn’t even watch tv because the WiFi signal was so weak and cable is not included in rooms (only smart tv), and it was very very noisy outside all night long and due to the walls being so thin, we didn’t get any sleep either night that we stayed there.

The room had a small of raw sewage! The sink was backed up and when we brought it to the attention of the staff they handed us a gallon jug of Drano! Then over night the sink backed up black sludge sewage on our hygiene products next to the sink. I’m certain the manager knows they have issues.

Several people hanging around outside. Made me very uneasy. They were not customers staying. They hung out there. The tv was very complicated to work. I’m very good at electronics and their internet was awful.

The internet was very slow an lagging alot for the money I paid it should have been very fast an the tv would not work with out me using my Netflix account which is not good for the amount of money I paid for the room

This was a "GameDay" last minute booking. I was thankful for the availability, but the location was a little bit unnerving. We were told to "not be out at night" and to "securely lock our doors, both when in and out of the room." We will know better how to research locations a little better, next trip. It is NOT an "8.0" rating, though.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The desk clerk went above and beyond, to help our stay be what it should be. The room was decently clean. Overall, it was an "okay" stay.

Didn't like the Location, how to access the room and parking area. Heard people talking very loud and late into the night. Felt a bit unsafe. No refrigerator. Would have been nice to have a table to eat on since we grabbed takeout. The microwave was on the only table in the room. Would like to have had some bedside lighting too. TV not working and they had to search for a remote. Even though personnel great, will not stay there again.

Clean room and nice bathroom. Bathroom lighting was really nice. Appears to have been recently remodeled. Both Check In and Check Out personnel were great.

We did not care for the beds. The noise from the road was extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The staff was nice and acomodating. So the staff gets an "A". The location is close to the University of AL. The room was updated and clean.
