I made a reservation for 3 people, a couple and a 12 years old kid, and I was told that the room would accommodate all of us. However, when we got to the hotel, there was only 1 king-size bed available. No sofa bed, no additional bed. If I wanted a separate bed for my kid, I'd have to pay an additional $35 a day. This information was NOT provided before I made the reservation. The hotel management just assumes that kids would be sleeping with the adults. Another thing that didn't go well was breakfast. We got to the breakfast area around 8 am, and most of the food was gone. No coffee, no eggs... not even plates were available. Eventually, they got replenished, but it took a long time. Also, no sign of anybody cleaning the tables or wiping the floors. My table was sticky, floor had a lot of food pieces and (I think) syrup spots.

Location is good, room is spacious, and I like the fact that the floor is not carpet

Bed's a little firm for my old body. Elevators could use some cosmetic TLC. No tea in room, or at coffee station in lobby, or at breakfast. Price is getting more than we'd like to pay. Sadly, we'll stay elsewhere next time.

Friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Clean spacious room. Plenty of free parking. King bed. Quiet easy to use air conditioner/heater.

Wifi is honestly the worst I've experienced at any hotel. To call it spotty would be too generous. Bath towels are too small and I'm a petite person!

Very busy so lobby was loud. Elevator would slam shut fast. Business center equipment did not work. Tv remote worked when pointing toward ceiling.

Small gym to use. Desk attendants were helpful. Room was fine. Slept well. Free parking.

The property is obviously old and could use a bit more maintenance. The carpet-free halls were an echo chamber and inside the rooms we could hear every word anyone spoke while in the hall even at the opposite end of the hall.

Few healthy options for breakfast - would have been nice if oatmeal was offered, for example. Housekeeping occasionally forgot to empty trash. I noticed a lot of guests put their trash outside their doors, so maybe I was not aware of this protocol.

Very helpful and professional reception staff. Decent hot breakfast selection. Good laundry facilities. Parking was plentiful. Location was great, near the I-5 onramp.

Wi fi not available the whole time we were there and from the posted signs it appeared to be off for a while. Didn't like that mobility rooms were on the second floor all other La Quinta's I have been to all on the first floor

More fruit at breakfast would be nice. Bathroom door would not swing freely unless the toilet seat was up. Room was bit too warm. In retrospect we should have asked for help to change that.

Comfortable bed, plenty pillows, good breakfast, friendly staff, good shower, towels, shampoo and soap, outlets 😁 on lamps by bed.

Swimming pool is too strong smell of something

Nice quiet place , nice clean. We stayed for 2 nights and we only had 1 of each shower gel , shampoo & conditioner. We didn’t have enough shower gel and shampoo conditioner for 4 people in the room.

Housekeeping did not come and make my room and the AC and heating did not work in my room so I had to resort to opening my window as much as I could

Construction in area and getting left out of parking lot a little tricky. The pool had quite a few children in it up until closing which made it noisy and hard to relax in the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing
