United StatesWell where do I start. Never no one at the front desk most of the time. They should have carpet on the floors or something so you are not walking on that floor with your feet. The tv should be on a higher stand then what is. Because when you are laying in bed you hardly see it. And they should have a different part of the hotel foe family that are being house there. And another part for other guess that's there for s couple of days. And the breakfast is a joke all you get is some little protein bars and oatmeal in a pack where you use hot water for it. I usely stay here twice a year when I come to Maryland from Florida. But every time lately there are kids dog's there it's like a house in apartment's. They don't clean your room if you are there for five days. They wait until you leave just a few things that others places don't do. But they charge you like you in a 4 star place but really it's a 2 star. I guess it was my choice staying there. But u might be moving on from here when I come back in October. They could puts some rugs on the floor or something 🤔.
It's as a big fridge in there so you can put more things in there

United StatesEntire furniture outdated, room and lobby. Smell from the bathroom vent when you switch on the light was a very bad odor. Smell in the hallways (likely from the carpet). Too many dogs (everyone we saw on the property had 1-2). Very thin walls to hear other guests (which kept us up most of the night, 3am). Old appliances that are faulty so be careful about the microwave. Bottom of the refrigerator froze everything in just a few hours. No kitchen amenities inside the room. No coffee machine. Some guests are actually living there (helped a lady inside with groceries and saw the room with her kids). No ice machines. TV is very small like a 32". Just a small shampoo and bar soap in the bathroom. We also had to fix the water stopper in the bathroom sink

United StatesI did not try the breakfast, but the facility was over all clean. They could have done more for the leaking ceilings. This has nothing to do with hotel staff, but I would suggest using lighter carpet and paint colors, as all the dark colors everywhere give dingy and drab vibes even though the hotel itself is clean
The location is great. The area is amazing. There are a lot of places to eat and activities to do close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful

United StatesFirst room we walked into had a large blower machine drying the carpet in it. The room didn’t smell good. If they had shampooed the carpet, it should have smelled better. (I used to be a chambermaid). Elevator smelled weird as well. Like someone puked in both room and elevator. Carpet in second room looked dingy. Staff member made us feel that she was doing us a favor by finding a room that was ready to be occupied. When changing us to a different room she said normally she would have to charge us another $10 because the only room left had two beds but that she would “keep the same price” for us. Booking.com said it had free breakfast. There was cooler, hot water (tea and cocoa) and three granola bars.
Nice that it had a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable.

United StatesCheap fix’s on things. No ice in the freezer ready and no ice machine. No cups in the room or shower curtain. What’s offered for breakfast is NOT breakfast. Coffee was horrible, had to leave and buy some.
The price, bed was super comfortable. Front end staff was very nice.

United StatesI wish they had better cable channels. We were able to watch the World Cup so it was okay. Better shower heads would have been preferable. The spray was too misty. it took a long time to rinse off. If were travel back to that area again we would most likely stay again because of the staff, the location and the rate.
The location is good close to shopping and dining locations. The room was decent though we did not spend much time in it. We stayed in this facility because of the kitchenette. We used their kitchenware. They provided everything including a toaster. It was a shorter stay as long as we could make pancakes and french toast we were fine. The staff was awesome!

United StatesOur freezer did not work well. The staff immediately replaced the whole fridge. The lamps need to be checked. They did not all work and the bulb holder on one was broken. The smaller cooktop burner was extremely slow and needs replacing. We reported these things at the end of our stay. Also I wish they had some better cable channels, we didn't watch much TV. We brought a lot of games to play on our second trip.
We did not have breakfast. We brought our own. We rented with you because of the kitchenette. The room & bathroom were well sized and very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. For the price the facilities were decent. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lit. We stayed in November and came back in December. The rate and the staff are what brought us back. The room we stayed in in December was upgraded. There was a granite countertop, an additional lamp for reading and 2 additional chairs, one for reading and an additional office chair. The fridge was newer (the first fridge). When we stayed in November we used the provided cookware and utensils. When we came back in December we brought all of our own things as a personal preference. The dishes, flatware, cooking utensils and cookware were all fine. We had the space to bring our own so we did. I just wish there was an oven or a countertop oven to re heat things I dont't always like to use the microwave.

United StatesThe whole third floor smelled like cigarettes very strong and I don't smoke. My room wasn't a smoker room. But you could smell it very bad. I have stayed here before. But I don't think I will be back. The breakfast is a joke. All they have is one kind of oatmeal in package. Only thing was good was the coffee. When they say free breakfast that's not true. I'm very disappointed with the place.
One of the staff really help me out by relocating me to the first floor. Because the third floor was really bad and stinky with cigarettes. But the staff should have done something with that floor before they gave me the room.

United StatesNo tv remote , rooms phone didn’t work so had to go downstairs to get a remote, it turned on tv but tv wouldn’t stay on, gave up on it. Frig was not on so couldn’t use. They have no ice machines so we couldn’t chill our drinks. So no phone, no cold frig, no ice machine, no utensils of any kind in kitchenette, ( apparently we were suppose to ask for things on check in, no one told us that) so no way to make ourselves a light breakfast and no tv. So I would definitely say room was overpriced. $150 plus tax:(. Manager was very nice in the morning on checking out. We informed her of all the things wrong. She refunded half the rooms cost and gave us some ice for our cooler from an employees kitchen. Thank you to her. One thing I will say, bathroom and room were clean….thank you housekeeping.

Wasn’t confident about the desk clerks ability and therefore the chsrhe(s) to my credit card. Need a more experienced person at the desk He was friendly but clueless
