Rooms are 2nd floor and up, pool closed until further notice, front desk said to talk to the manager in the morning to resolve the problem for that night... taking out the dogs is a longgg walk (handicaped): Parking in the back, elevator near the front, coming down from room, sign out for potty time in the front lobby, all the way back to the back entrance/ parking lot, across the street to dog area. Oh the annoyance.

Stains on the curtains. Dirty computer chair. No pool. No restaurant, no breakfast. You can't walk easily from the hotel to the parking lot. You have to walk around the entire building.

Nothing. Their pool and restaurant has been closed for some time, but it was not listed on booking.com so it's not really the hotel's fault. Their appears of being argument between the hotel and booking.com about. He said she said who updated who about the facilities.

All the amenities (pool, restaurant, etc) were closed and have been since Covid. Should not be listed on the ad. Parking lot is falling apart.

Staff was great. You can tell it was a nice place back in its day. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Good water pressure with hot water.

Understaffed. This is the second time I have asked for a room that had a window to where I can see the parking lot, and staff does not acknowledge my request. The air conditioner was so loud in the room and the bathtub had pubic hair in it before being used.

Toilet needed help to flush Microwave and coffeemaker didn't work. No breakfast or coffee available Antenna TV only No USB ports The place was clearly grand at one time but now looks shabby.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and soaps. Easy to find and good dining nearby.

Back doors didn't work had to walk all the way around in the rain. couldn't get towels when asked for them. No parking do to rented out parking lot. Had a wedding and a conference there at the same time.

The location. The fact that parking was very inconvenient and not safe. The smell of pet urine in the hallways. My sleep was interrupted at 2am by people talking loudly, slamming doors and their children screaming, which went on for about 2 hours.

They did not have a pool or hot tub working--I don't think they ever do--they just advertise on Booking and other engines they do. There were bugs in the bed. My son called and tried to get me compensated for this but nothing has happened. Staff were not very present, sometimes rude, and I think the owner or manager--would just yell, "customer customer" to the one poor worker we saw

Nothing--it looked like a ghost town. In fact, another person checking in stated that it was a really nice hotel in its "hay day".

The room stunk of cigarette as soon as we got there. carpets were stained. The staff the first and second night were amazing. the third night she wasn’t friendly at all and made us feel un welcome. The parking lot is a very far walk in the night and un settling.
