We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhile it appears that updates had been made in my room, the place overall is a bit run down, especially on the outside. Perhaps due to the just ending winter, some relatively inexpensive maintenance work such as painting door jams and the outside wooden walkways on the second floor. and the stairways.
It was a welcomed refuge after spending hours in traffic after the solar eclipse and deciding I needed to make an unexpected overnight stop. I was fortunate to find a room available at that point. I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m. exhausted and was greeted by the friendly manager. The room was OK with a very small but clean and somewhat updated bathroom and a very comfortable bed. It was all clean. I slept very soundly. That night that was all I needed or wanted. The next morning a woman cleaning rooms was very friendly and helpful in recommending a place for breakfast. Given the price on that particular night, it was a good value.

United StatesBathroom fan was tied into the only light switch that worked and was incredibly loud and disturbing in the middle of the night or any time you needed the light on. Would be nice to be able to not turn fan on. Also could not find an ice maker on premises. Couldn't get t.v. to turn on
King sized bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Nice mini fridge and freezer. It's a one star hotel so I'm not going to nitpick overmuch, you get what you pay for, so the things I didn't like are more observations than complaints.

United StatesThe exterior (the steps and decking and railings) could use some remodeling, or at least a fresh coat of paint. Same with the old mats outside of most doors. Anyone judging from the exterior might get a wrong impression of the quality rooms within.
The room (#120) was very clean, modern. The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled and was pretty sweet.

United StatesSince the toilets were very low, they could either install new ,higher toilets, add some grab bars next to the toilets or have plastic seat risers available if guests request one. They should make availability of them known to every registered guest. It was very challenging getting up from the toilet. My husband is tall. I am tall and handicapped.
The room was very clean, had a nice view, had a comfy but creaky bed and the staff was very pleasant. We were located close to things we liked too. Coffee was available in the room as were a table and two comfortable dining chairs. Goid value!
