Mold in rooms and ceiling breaking apart and loose in one of the rooms. Saw some roaches too. Renamed hotel but didn’t give that information on web site. Road not easily marked and in a hard to find area.

The property was poorly signed. It was small and hard to see. The property sat back away from the road.

I did not have breakfast and was not told anything about breakfast being served. The room had a stale odor about it, the front door had a crack in it where you could see the light on the outside in room 207 and room 206 the switch did not work for the light to come on.

That the tub Wasnt clean at all ..i thought it just stain but soon i use lil bleach the dirt was no match fpr bleach so i knew no one tried clean it i know they short staff. But that bathrooom gotta be clean right to much with covid 19 goin around

We had some trouble finding the motel. It was still under the name Magnolia Inn. There could have been a note on the booking site that it was in transition.

There were bugs everywhere. The bed springs are so loud. The walls are extremely thin. The WiFi sucks; I had to use my personal hotspot. This place was extremely hard to find because it’s not even called Econo Lodge. It’s called Magnolia Inn. No one answers the phone! I’m not even sure that’s the right phone number! I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The shower made a screaming sound that hurt our ears. Couldn't stay in shower but one or two minutes because it hurt your ears. Slipped in shower because there was no tread in the tub. Manager said they didn't have anyway to report an accident

We evacuated from New Orleans. Havinh Electricity was our only positive for this motel. We evacuated because of Hurricane

AC was so loud it kept me awake. Also, AC controls did not work so I couldn't lower the temp to what I wanted. Florescent light over bath sink did not work, so I couldn't see at all in front of the sink. (no lights close enough to light this area. Toilet got stuck so I had to open it to close the stopper. Curtains were falling off the rod.

Room 114. Carpets were sticky and nasty. The tv randomly dimmed and brightened. Bathroom vent was locking up and making a high pitch screeching noise. Bed was so bad I could feel the springs poking me. Awful room and at $63 not even worth. That is easily a $45 room and I would still think twice about that price

This place was HORRIBLE!! I checked in with my children and got to the room and it was despicable. The room had an awful smell and looked unsanitary. Total waste of money, because they had signs posted "No Refunds". Info on website is very outdated! It put me in the mind of the Martin episode where he and Gina went to that resort.

The floors were dirty and could have been swept much better. The cleaning personnel need to sweep the edges too, not just the middle.

I loved that the Land Shark food truck was not far away, they have amazing seafood boils! It served it's purpose well.

Mold and extremely dirty floors. We rented 4 rooms. All of the floors were nasty. My grandchildren had black feet after walking across their floor. Bedding sheets were on but comforters looked stained and dirty.
