The popping of the fireworks in the month of November till 2 o’clock in the morning, my animals were terrified scared and running but it was Ok

It’s by the highway the store is right next door walking distance for snacks and drinks The son of the place is very nice and understanding. She helped us out a lot with the pricing made us feel very comfortable and welcoming. Very nice guy. Thank you Rick you are a very great help. Breakfast not available. They had coffee& juice ,coffeemaker in room.

No breakfast due to Covid. That was biggest letdown. They are falsely advertising showing pictures of breakfast foods. They could have handed out fruit, packaged donut,etc. Bed comfortable. Very busy area. Main reason I booked was the breakfast!!!

The rooms were outdated had to fight off a huge spider, the beds were a little hard for my taste.

The manager was very nice and friendly and helpful. The microwave was not working and he replaced it with no hesitation nor issues.

I was expecting a normal "not so well kept" econo lodge (I needed a cheap place for 2 nights close to my job site) but this location was very well taken care of. Very clean and the showers were amazing. I will stay again

A little difficult to get to.

It was close to the interstate although the reviews that talk about it being difficult to get to are correct. Even knowing that we had difficulty. It was clean and a cheap place to stay for the night to sleep.

Cleanliness, roaches could have been exterminated.

Absolutely Nothing! I don't understand why anyone would rent a room with roaches all over the refrigerator, bed, floor and in the bathroom. There is no way they could have overlooked them. It's a shame that they would expect anyone to stay in such filth. They know their rooms are roach infested and they still rent them in spite.

Guest should not have to stand outside to check in/out and yell through a glass. Could not get a final receipt upon departure. Room had patchy repairs on walls which should have been painted. Could not get fresh towels unless requested the next day. Shower curtain had mildew. Trash or room not refreshed unless requested. Keys not working properly each day and upon request of new one, the staff did not appear happy to assist. Again, having to yell through a glass window, outside the building is not comfortable.

The hotel location was great. Easily accessible to highway and loads of restaurants and stores close by. Air conditioning in room was perfect.

Mismatched paint, walls needed to be finished, carpet needed to be cleaned. Had plumbing issues and was told I need to let the water run for a while before using it.

Wish there was a back way out. Median and no u-turn means you have to cross over the interstate and find somewhere to turn around. It's not really a bad thing, just inconvenient.

Staff is very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Gas station literally next door. Food within walking distance. (Mexican place wasn't very good though)

Beds were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was just so so. Lady in front office was extremely rude! Hotel is run down and outdated! Will not stay here again. We had to wash everything when we got home for fear of bed bugs.
