Our room had water damage on the ceiling in bathroom/living area. Our room hot tub wasn’t clean (it had dirt and hair in it) No smoke detector in the room Breakfast served was stale and very minimal. Pool area was dirty (dead bugs in pool, not warm jacuzzi with low jet pressure). Staff at front desk wasn’t very welcoming (very quiet and to the point - my fiance tried to make conversation and it fell on deaf ears).

The bathroom had hairs in the tub and on the sink. The hair dryer was in pieces. The phone by the bedside was missing a cord to make to make it usable.

Breakfast was a joke. Toast with mixed fruit jam... not even bagels and cream cheese. They need to make some improvements there. Also the room's carpets were heavily stained and grimy.

The pool and hot tub were nice and were open late. The bed was comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast didn't really exist. They only seemed to have coffee and cold cereal. We were there for 3 nights and I never saw anything else (rolls/bread or juice.). The 2nd floor ice maker didn't work. The maid never cleaned our room. The hallway carpet was a little worn and dirty, the grounds needed to be cleaned a little, trash picked up.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was good. The property was a little shopworn, but not bad. The motel assistant manager was very friendly. The rest of the staff wasn't terribly warm or friendly, but not rude. Overall, for what we paid though, it was fine. Frankly the room was a pleasant surprise since the first impression as walked into the lobby was a little worrisome.

They ran out of clean bath towels. "Continental" breakfast unimpressive. Pool not in service. No ice in machine on 2nd Floor, but did find ice machine on 1st Floor operational. I expect this is more common in places post pandemic.

The room wasn't clean, the floor had dirty and crumbs on there when we walked in, there was hair in the shower and hot tub, we were also told that breakfast was till 10am when we went out at 8:40 there was no breakfast only a few muffins. The pool was also down and could not go swimming.

The location was great with us traveling to Harrisburg on Saturday and back. We were able to check in quick and easy. The bed was comfy, after we cleaned the hot tube it was very pleasant to use.

The staff was not friendly. Barely acknowledged us at both checkin or checkout. Didn't give us a good impression. Property did not feel especially clean. The front door leading into the hotel was extremely dirty with greasy handprints and was a terrible first impression.

Good location. It is an older property. Rooms very spacious but dated. Excellent rate.

Upon arrival I went to front desk told them my bathroom was dirty with hair in tub and I was not given towels. Lady did ask if I wanted to switch my room but we already disinfected the bathroom . Also at 150 am I roll over and see a roach 🪳 next to my husband head . Very disgusted and needs to be reported to health department

Very unprofessional front desk staff. Especially the night shift. Come back at 9pm there's a baby sitting on a chair in diaper. Other kids in the lobby & who knows who was in charge. For the price I paid for the room, it would've been nice to not have towels with holes in them & washcloths that didn't look like they were 10 years old with stains
