The pool was dirty. Lots of hair and floaties. Our front rooms were very dark.

I didn’t like that staff did not communicate that there were issues with the indoor pool until after my room had been booked. She stated, “Oh I forgot, I’m supposed to be telling people that and I keep forgetting.” The indoor pool was my only reason for wanting to book this location. Other than that, no major issues.

The lady at the front desk was rude. She gave us the wrong room and when i went back down to ask to change it to what we paid for she got an attitude. A manager ended up helping us and she was better. We still didn’t get what we booked but at that point i was tired of going up and down.

We have had trouble twice now with not getting the room requested, being woken up very early on late checkout days on top of having a do not disturb sign posted on our door. The pool was closed for maintenance both times

We love this property as we live not far from it and our children love spending their birthday weekends here we love the pool and the cleaning ladies are wonderful.

the beds, sheets, and blankets are a little outdated.

pool is clean, and ocean front very close to the ocean. Nice staff that will work with you and do everything to insure your stay is wonderful. Loved the 50” smart tv in our room.

No coffee after 930!!!😡 Our room ran out after the 1st night and we had to scrounge and finally went by car to Jack's across the street. There really shoud be free coffe in the lobby. Major oversight.

The sheets were so soft and comfortable! The ledge in our window worked as a fantastic shelf for small things like purses, makeup, night clothes; it really was a perk! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bit over priced considering there were ants in the bathroom upon arrival, dusty wall decor, they only had one luggage cart available. We had to wait in line for the elevator. After we waited in the line for 15 min or so, We asked where the stairs were and the lady at the desk actually said,"Sir, was dont have stairs." He politely ask, What happens if there is a fire?" She then said that's the only time we were allowed to use the stairs. We just had to wait in the line with 2 small children while strangers cut the line.

Room and bed were comfortable and family friendly. Pool area is nice.

The room had a bit of an off odor when we first came in. It got better. The heating/ac unit was loud. We asked the desk to have someone to come look at it. He was right up but wasn’t able to quiet it down. We just turned it off after that. I was cold enough outside that the room didn’t get too warm over night. I was surprised there were not extra blankets in the room. The fridge unit was not turned on or maybe it didn’t work. We just decided to put ice in our cooler to keep things cool. Also I don’t know why more hotel rooms don’t have small freezer drawers in their fridges. We travel with a small cooler and it would be much easier and less messy if we could refreeze our ice bag in the room. We ventured down to the pool. It needed a good cleanup of the debris off the bottom. Plus the pool was pretty chilly. The bathroom was another disappointment. There is no tub spout, instead there are two shower spouts. What The Heck? A small table in there would also be good plus some extra towels and washcloths. You are promoting less room cleanup which is great but you need to provide more supplies.

Had a mix-up with our room and a family member no big deal Lounge was nice but it's advertised to be open till 10 closed at 9 on Friday night did not open Saturday night Food was great kitchen staff very friendly and breakfast for good

Starbucks coffee was not the Starbucks I know. Coffee was weak and expensive. I also had a Starbucks gift card that the server said I couldn't use.

Too expensive to eat here. Easy to find Hotel but restaurants to far away.

The room smelled very stale and the bathroom had a slight odor of feces that would not go away. Shower leaked terribly and required the use of all other towels to prevent water from leaving the bathroom.

Location was perfect and easy to enter/exit.

The air conditioner was difficult to control. There was both a wall thermostat plus the unit controls. Neither allowed us to control the fan which was on high the entire time. Restaurant was closed on Sunday evening and when we went for breakfast a 9:30 it was already closed! There were no hours of operation posted on the flyer in the room.

The checkin was efficient. The room was large and bed was super comfortable. The shower was large.

Sold as a river front property with river views and the river was blocks away and barely visible from the back of the property. The cost was over priced for the location and the cost of the food was over priced with limited selection.
