The pool was cold! The shower was a little slippery and my kiddo fell when she got in. The pull out bed for the couch was also kinda gross and looked like it had popcorn on the mattress. It didn’t have any sheets on it and just the mattress. While there were extra pillows on the top rack, they also didn’t have pillowcases and were slightly dirty. They kept running low on towels and only had ones for the pool which were slightly smaller than the regular towels.

The room itself was nice and big. The bathroom is off the side so there’s access from the bedroom and the living room area without them crossing. There’s even a little kitchenette. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well. The hot tub was perfect. And the staff was nice.

We checked out a day early, spoke to the front desk staff, we asked for our money back for checking out a day early. They told us to go look through Booking.com. Booking.com told us to talk to the front staff and nobody will give us our money back for checking out a day early at 11 AM. The night we stayed was wonderful and checking out the next day we were not told there would be a penalty! We also called to speak to the manager, then Hotel and nobody called us back! We have left messages!

The hotel wasn't very clean. The room had stains on the wall from spilled drinks from previous persons, the ceiling was peeling and missing paint from water damage, and the curtain had several holes in it. The bedding was clean, but overall the hotel is just dated and in need of a deep clean.

The front desk was really friendly and helpful. It's a good location near restaurants and grocery stores.

Key cards never worked. Side entrance handle was ready to fall off, when pulled on. Never any towels in the pool area. Couldn't get extra bedding or pillows with our pull out bed. Had to buy our own. Front entrance door didn't work. Carport roof was getting worked on, right next to our room window. And the wind was blowing plastic all over the place, making loud flapping noises by our window, which kept our kids up at night.

The room was really nice, very big! The beds were so comfortable with fluffy comfortors and pillows. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff kept it stocked & were quick to refill when I let them know the pancake maker was put of batter. All the staff were very friendly also.

the rooms were just okay. The floor in our room felt damp. if we didn’t have our air in 68 it got humid. the toilet in our room the water was so low In the actual bowl. so when you flushed it water would spit up at you because of how it is designed. the toilet in my friends room had an ear piercing alarm for when the toilet had too much pressure. when that happens he was to flush it. the alarm went off at 3am both nights we stayed.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years. We have noted that it has gone down hill a bit more every year...especially during and after the pandemic. Possibly that is the main reason.

Beds uncomfortable, bath towels where falling apart and thin. Stay was for 4 days, Went to Target to get a set of towels to use. No room service. TV channel selection was junk, remote was junk.

Trash receptacle were not emptied the whole time there. Pancake machine was broken. Light covers missing.

No tv channel guide in room and tv remote probably needed new batteries because it did respond well when pressed. Not sure if rooms were cleaned daily because policies on this have changed but I asked for more hand towels and wash cloths for a two day stay.

The people handling the breakfast were exceptionally nice. The staff were very nice.
