There were some questionable things about the hotel and the cleanliness of the place. In the bathroom, there was water damage around the ceiling and the bathtub, and we could hear the water squeaking from other rooms through the walls. In the room, there were tons of stains on the carpet, the walls, and (again) the ceiling. The building just seems old and needs some refreshing.

The staff was great, and the area and the main waiting area of the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean for the most part, and the area was quiet overall. There was also a hotel cat outside who was excited to greet people! Breakfast was nicely spread out, and there were complimentary coffees and teas and lemon water in the waiting area as well.

Our room stunk like bad feet, when telling hotel they said that a dog had stayed in room awhile as they were dog friendly. It was nasty.

The hot water was lukewarm at best. We thought it was because the hotel was packed and we showered late, but by the morning the water pressure was still minimal and the hot water more like warm. Pretty disappointing.

The GM was amazing, in great vicinity of a convenience store and a couple of restaurants.

We had ants. They were in the bathroom, sink, trash with Scott’s out looking for anything. We brought it to the staffs attention and they said maintenance was aware. The people behind us in line spoke up and said they were having the same problem. Nothing was done.

Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy and open with plenty of lighting.

I thought there was a gym (there isn't) maybe that's on me. I couldn't figure out how to get into the pool. The beds were okay, but it was LOUD in our room from other rooms...the walls were paper thin, And the breakfast was terrible.

It was an adequate hotel that kept us safe. I am not sure what I expected that they did better than...,maybe the cookies were good and unexpected.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. And breakfast hostess was very pleasant and keep the area , very clean. The only thing we would kinda complain about was the hall ways carpet could have been cleaner. The carpet looks a little wore. Other than that, We would recommend them to our friends and family.

i didn’t like the location, sketchy place. it smelled like weed and was loud outside. one of the staff even said she has to close lobby so the homeless people don’t stay in it.. which it isn’t a problem as long as they don’t harm anyone.. staff wasn’t always where they were supposed to be. one of the staff was smoking a blunt im pretty sure, then came back in to work. the bathroom floor wasn’t dirty but could of been better yk? the hallways were so HOT, like they didn’t have the ac on in the florida weather. it was smoothering, i really hated it.

i liked that it was pretty on the outside, the rooms were clean. not super clean but clean. staff was nice, free ice, free breakfast and pool!
