We had an issue with our thermostat. The room was a bit cold.

The safe did not work in my room.

I did not have breakfast there but the coffee lattes to go were fantastic! I would have preferred a different menu for lunch. The staff at the front desk were very professional and most helpful My flight was cancelled for the day I was supposed to arrive and I arrived the next day. They were most helpful to make sure I could have early check-in the next day so I had a place to change for the wedding that day.

The rooms could use some updating to match the grandeur of the lobby. The bathtub had the gray grout in some parts which showed its age.

The lobby and entrance are grand. Very nice for conferences and banquets. The kids loved how elegant it was. We had no problem trying to park our 26' uhaul with auto transport on the back.

I arrived at 6pm after being on the road for 5 hours and my room was not ready. After waiting a half hour they stated they upgraded my room free of charge (and handed me two bottles of water for my inconvenience) but I was charged $100 over my quoted price.

Super crowd. Hundred of teens played with the elevators. Running in all hallways. The breakfast was included in the reservation price, but the restaurant manager asked me to sign for $ 42 dollars for breakfast with very poor choices of food . The above is the result of bad communication between reservation personnel and restaurant management. Also, at my check-in an additional $ 25 was charged to my credit card in case of consum something from an empty refrigerator in the room. Vera small room size for the price. For Hilton hotel brand, I was very dessapointed.

There were only two problems: outlets and the breakfast buffet. The outlets in the bathroom were fake meaning that while the light switch attached to it worked, you couldn’t actually plug anything into it because you just hit wall. No actual outlet in the bathroom was a little bit of a problem. The outlets by the bed on one side also didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment because of the misleading sign and what was actually offered. The sign about what price you would be paying was confusing and the food not all that great. Pancakes that were tough and dry sausages aren’t the way to start a great day and paying $16 when you think it will be $10 also isn’t great.

It was a large open hotel with enough parking that you never had to worry about finding a spot. The room itself was comfortable and clean with a good view. Close to most of the things we wanted to do while in Atlanta but still not in a super busy part of town. The Target being so close was also good for last minute things we needed.

Couldn't have breakfast buffet as no gluten free options available and staff confused when I asked. Rooms a bit dated, our room looked like it had water damage with patches in the roof and water stains on the bedside lampshades.

Bed was comfortable. Whilst the room was small they did fit the extra bed in it we requested. Nice view and easy access to main roadways and food options surrounding the hotel. Shower pressure was good (but took a bit to figure out the way to control it with multiple handles. Free parking was a bonus.

The staff very professional. I enjoyed room serve and the food. The only problems was the bed. It was so uncomfortable, it had a dip in it, where the mattress are worn out. The bedroom lights didn't really brighten up. Had to hold the light bottom up and ask for 2 set of towels and we got all big towels and hand towels, no wash clothes. The next time I stay, I will may it known right off if the bed is very uncomfortable because I couldn't sleep hardly at all.
