No guide for TV as to what i was watching. Water pressure for shower was low. Did not clean my room. I was there for 3 days/. I seen them cleaning on my floor but nothing for my room.

The overall fit and feel of the hotel was great. Modern updates for charging phones and nice TV.

No clock in room, no working guide on TV remote. Booked a king suite got 2 doubles in cramped room. No working ice machine on 3rd floor.

Needed toilet paper and housekeeper was not able to understand what we were asking for. Had to inform front desk and have them relay message to housekeeping.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had and always offered greetings when we were in the lobby. Pool was great, temperature of water was very nice and was not overly crowded. Breakfast was very nice as well. Complimentary coffee and tea stand was a nice amenity. Would recommend to friends and return any time we visit West Bend.

The noise in the room of some kind of machinery that ran for 30 seconds and cycled every minute and a half. It seemed to occur a lot in the morning starting around 6 am. When I asked at the front desk, they said they weren’t sure what it was but there was extra insulation to help. I replied, Not Enough. End of conversation, no resolution

Walk in shower instead of tub in handicap rooms.

The breakfast choices were excellent. Our handicap room meet our needs. Staff was very helpful.

I have a gluten sensitivity. There were very limited options in the breakfast items for this. I understand that this type of breakfast caters more to folks who do not have food allergies, but it seems that many people are also now preferring non-dairy options, gluten free options and other food accommodations.

Staff were accommodating about our need for an extension to the stay. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was nice, you can get hot options like eggs bacon waffles or cold options like cereal toast muffins. Pool was nice, we enjoyed the hot tub. Room was comfortable and clean, beds were comfy. I thought it was a nice touch that they had board games in the lobby to play, we played candy Land with or kids.

The food could have been fresher and a little more variety. I only ate the fruit bars and fresh fruit after the first day.

I could only eat the fruit bars, some fresh fruit and coffee. The rest of the food was just OK. All of the pre-packaged food was not very good. I usually like oatmeal, but this was not edible.

I did not like the charge of $75.00 for a (4) pound yokie. Also I did not like the charge to use the internet. This was the first and only hotel that charged for WIFI. Not convenient for travelers that need to catch up with things they missed while traveling.

Construction on two sides of out room. Starting at 7 am. Hammer drills etc. extremely loud shook the floors. Breakfast was taken over by a hockey team staying so no selection

The lock in the room didn't work sometimes and one piece from the door was coming apart. So they change us to another room. The first and second room have some trash on the floor and hairs in the bathroom floor and back of the door. I don't know the reason but the hotel was trying to charge my credit card for extra money after I had pay in full the 3 nights. The front desk lady that I report the issue on my credit card wasn't nice at all.

The location is good. Some of the staff is really nice. The breakfast is good.
