Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe only complaint I have about my room is the fact that we had an outdated room. The toilet tissue dispenser was broken, we had to fight with the shower to get it to stay on warm (and I mean fight). The sink looked like it was ready to fall off the wall because there were cracks and slants on the sink and shelves. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights so we only had to use it once per day otherwise, if you’re staying longer I strongly suggest not accepting that room. I also felt a little weird that booking charged my card for the stay before I checked in. I’ve never had that happen before as I’ve used booking multiple times.
The location was off the main road but was super easy to come and go I like that I could see my car from my room as we were on the bottom floor. The breakfast was fair for hotel breakfast. Bonus mention: Jessie! She went above and beyond for us and I can honestly say she has left a positive note on how I felt about my overall stay here. The front desk staff were also nice. It was easy to check in and check out.

Staff was sweet. Breakfast was good, waffles, cereals, eggs, no sausage but otherwise good and well stocked. Pool area was nice. There was a game room for kids to be lids. A small exercise area. A great gem.
