We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were told upon check in that pool and hot tub were unavailable, we had been looking forward to using them so that was very disappointing. Also, due to heavy snow during the evening after dinner, the TV stations were not working. This was also unfortunate since we just wanted to relax and watch some tv.
We have stayed here before, and it’s a good location for driving to Mt. Snow. The value is great, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

Being on the older side, the hotel could benefit from some timely renovations to bring it up to par with modern expectations. Adding an onsite EV charger would be a valuable asset for the environmentally-conscious traveler. Parking can be challenging, especially when oversized pickup trucks occupy more than their fair share of space. Lastly, in today's digital age, the lack of integration with the Hilton app for room management and check-in feels like a missed opportunity, especially compared to other Hilton properties.

United StatesThe first floor room had the worst sound-proofing of possibly any stay we've had. Sounds were coming from the room next door, hallway, room above and the highway outside the room, as well as from the noisy heater. Haven't noticed it being that bad in previous stays.
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with an impressive amount of options for everyone in the family. Check-out was easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and the cookies at check-in were much appreciated.
