We reserved rooms here because they had full kitchens...we got there & there were no dishes, utensils, pans etc in the rooms (we had 3 rooms) Once we realized we had to specifically ask for the above items (which should have been told to us at check in)some stuff was brought to my room...only my room, not to either of the other 2 rooms...& my room had 3 ppl in it & dishes were only for 2...2 plates, 2 cups, etc. No ice maker in building. So we had no ice until the trays in the freezer were filled & frozen.

Location was good.... breakfast was not... muffins were very dry & tasted old..coffee was good

We have booked a double beds and they over booked we had to stay in two separate rooms with my family. There was only oatmeal and granola bars for breakfast.

I didn't have to pay for the extra room but it was still an inconvenience.

Due to COVID, breakfast was just packaged instant oatmeal and packaged danish. Went down several times around 8am and urn was empty - no staff available. Urn was removed promptly at 10am - would be nice to have it available a little longer. Room was never cleaned the 10 days I was there (also do to Covid). At least weekly would be nce.

Rooms wasn't as clean as expected. Garbage can was still full and other people's hair in the bathroom, on the towels, counter and bathtub

The room was not clean. Bedbugs in the beds and there was a diaper behind the tv.

It didn't look like it was so close to the highway on the map. Couldn't sleep because of traffic noise.

Loved the kitchenette and the way the room was laid out to be more versatile. Clean.

I hate that they had bugs and rooms that was very tore down.

I loved that it was very close to six flags and Gurnee Mills shopping Mall and different place to eat.

It took 20 minutes for someone to answer at the front desk. The room was still a little dirty with a used tissue on the floor and hair that was not mine on the toilet. The TV did not work. There were no bathrooms in the building except for in the hotel room.

The facilities in the bathroom were great. I liked how the night shift staff member was friendly and helpful. The elevator was easy to find and close to where I was staying. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to.

The second you walk into the building it smells like cigarette smoke. All the way down the hallway and in the room I stayed in. It's like it was stuck in the drapes or something. I checked in after 5 pm so I was not able to cancel my reservation without getting charged. I tried air fresher and leaving the window open but the smell was stuck in the room. 2 of the 3 nights it reaked of Marijuana in the hallway as I was walking to my room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing, really. The description says breakfast, it's just a coffee machine and granola bars set up in the entrance. Very misleading. The staff was nice. That's pretty much it.

they couldn’t find my book in in the first place then since I was there and I couldn’t drive, I ended up booking the place and then they still charge me for the book in online. I talk to hotel staff and the booking app agent and they couldn’t reimburse me for what I have paid through the booking app. really bad experience with this hotel.

it smells bad, dirty mattress cover so I can only imagine what the mattress it self looks like & the price was too high for the quality & they only have grab and go breakfast with no fresh fruits

The rooms looked like tried to paint over the dirt but you could see black along the ceilings. The cabinets were clean. There was a blood stain on the floor of our room.

The staff was pleasant and the location was good but that is it.

We made reservations here because full kitchens were advertised and that was what we needed.. upon arrival we entered a room with no dishes, silverware, or pots & pans! When we realized we had to ask for them we did on our way out for dinner & staff stated they would bring them to our room. (I felt that upon check in they should have asked if we needed supplies & how many) Upon arrival back to our rooms, of which we had 3, only 1 room got the supplies & it was settings for 2... we had 3 people in our room. There also was no ice machine on site and staff stated we had to use the ice trays in the freezer. There were 2 trays, empty of course, so it took forever to freeze the ice & 2 trays hardly makes enough for 3 drinks let alone to keep food cold during our trip to family members homes. One of the rooms in our party had a very dirty bathroom & had to clean it herself before even using it. I was very disappointed in this facility, as I have stayed at other locations & have been satisfied.

Location was good as there are restaurants and stores in close proximity, it was a little weird to get to, but it worked.

The pet fee costs for two dogs costs almost as much as the room. It makes for a very expensive night in a otherwise budget motel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. it is clean and conveniently located right off the highway . The staff is friendly.
