The guest room was very clean & nicely appointed. It’s suggested, however, that consideration be given to installing one ( preferably 2 ) grab bars in the shower (& perhaps one on the wall adjacent to the toilet/commode. Also, we felt that more lighting is needed above the counter under the mounted TV - and, brighter lighting above the sink/counter area in the bathroom. While these additions do not lessen our Very positive overall rating of your facility, we hope you might consider our thoughts. Thank You!

Food was good but the staff not so friendly. I asked a question to your staff and I had to ask her twice just to get her attention. I was 3 ft away from her, i know she heard me the first time I spoke to her.

The elevator has a loud squeaky sound. It operates slowly as well.

Had to ask for sheets for sofa bed. When we opened sofa up was dirty underneath. Hard to enter parking lot.

The pool was down the entire 3 days we were there. Also the room was not serviced the 3 days we were there. Not sure if that is a new COVID protocol or not. But I would have like the trash removed. But room was clean....not immaculate, but clean.

The bed was the best sleep I ever had. The air conditioner also worked well. Continental breakfast is what you would expect. There were several breakfast choices. There is also free fruit infused water, tea, and coffee at all times which was great. Staff was very nice also.

The breakfast didn't have yogurt. Plus there wasn't many people eating, but somehow the cook couldn't keep up with the eggs, bacon, or even emptying the garbage for that matter. Plus our bathroom door wouldn't stay latched.

Rooms were ready on time and check out wasn't until noon, so that was nice.

No-one mentioned you had to request housekeeping or get on a list when you checked. In fact when we checked in housekeeping was never mentioned and so we did not receive any house cleaning service. We were really surprised and disappointed about this situation.

The filters in the PTAC were absolutely disgusting. The filters were so plugged with dust that removing them to see if they were clean caused a mess that I cleaned up. With the minimum filtration in a hotel room to begin with it was disturbing to know no one had cleaned the rooms air filter in a LONG time. They only have small towels available at the pool so small that my 6 year old son needed 2 just to dry off and I saw adults use 3-4 each.

There was a dirty sock on floor from the people before me. I booked a king bed room and after I got here they moved me to double queen beds. when I returned to room my door wasn’t shut all the way from when the cleaning people came in. I was not happy! I’m thankful I took all valuable things with me. I picked this hotel because all the positive reviews.
