Parking was a major issue - entrance arm broken and parking was a problem. Saturday evening had people at the parking entrance to prevent non-guests from parking which was helpful. Elevator entrances were messy sometimes but cleaned quickly. Some guests are just slobs!! Some parents let kids run around unsupervised which made them be obnoxious.

Breakfast was good. Room had a river view.

It would have been nice to have a book with all the numbers or extensions you needed to call for room service, etc. and info about the hotel,WiFi, etc but there was nothing . It would be great to have local attractions & restaurants info in the room also but nothing.

Breakfast was good! Actually had scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, fruit & a lot more to choose from. Was very impressed with Breakfast. Location of hotel was great and walking distance to all the places we needed and wanted to go. Never moved my car once it was parked. Several great restaurants in this area and all walking distance. Enjoyed the restaurant & bar inside the hotel as well

BEDS WERE THE WORST - HARD AND VERY UNCONFORTABLE - THE ROOM STATES A FOLD OUT BED AND A PUL OUT COUCH BUT THERE WAS NO FOLD OUT BED. AND THE MATTRESS ON THE COUCH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IT WAS SO OLD AND TADERED. THEY PROVIDED NO PILLOWS AND NOT ENOUGH BLANKETS FOR THE PUL OUT COUCH.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR THE REASON THAT WE WERE IN TOWN. THE ROOM WAS LARGE. THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST WAS HOT BAR AND HAD GOOD OPTIONS BUT NEED TO BE KEPT FRESH.

The room was not clean to my expectations. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. The remote to the living room tv was on the floor behind the tv in the bedroom.

I liked the overall property. Their king size beds are super comfortable.

Only thing I disliked about this place is they don’t tell you it’s 25.00 to self park your car. Nowhere on the website does it state you have to pay 25 dollars to park.

Very clean in a safe location. The hotel has a restaurant inside which was open until 10pm, this allowed us to relax a little before grabbing some dinner. I highly recommend this hotel

The bed was spacious, it was a king size bed. However, I felt like that the mattress was very very hard. This may be a personal preference, but that was the only thing that I believe I didn't really like much. Other than that, the place was really good to stay.

The location it was perfect for what I need so, I really liked that. The infrastructure of the building, the room and breakfast were good too. The room we stayed was spacious and suited our needs as expected.

Wi-Fi wasn’t always great in the room. It was hard to get information about the civil rights museums, etc. from the hotel. There was not a first aid kit in the hotel. (I had fallen, not on hotel premises) and needed a bandage.

Best breakfast ever, you could order your own omelettes, omelette chef was excellent! Evening reception with drinks and snacks.

I wished the parking situation was better and that you were not charged extra to park in the hotel parking lot we ended up having to park in the parking garage paying $10 and the walk over, we would have parked in Hotel parking despite the extra fee but it was already full upon check in. Parking and hauling all your luggage over from the garage in the August heat was a little much especially since the elevator in the garage was a broken down. Also it felt unsafe, with the grey hound bus stop there and people loitering around, the stair wells were really dirty in the parking garage.

This is the second year our family and friends have stayed at the Embassy for an event at the convention center. The Location is prime, the Breakfast is great, lots of options to chose from, we enjoy the bar area and snacks during happy hour with complimentary drinks, over all the Embassy has everything to offer ! We had a great corner room overlooking the beautiful historic train station and river.
