You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy only complaint is that you have to pay to park. It is a hotel/convention center but people use the hotel parking when they just come to the convention center. This takes up spaces from hotel guests and we are the ones paying.
I have stayed multiple times here and am never disappointed. Fantastic hotel, staff and rooms.

United StatesI have noticed some quality issues since beginning to travel again after COVID. I realize that staffing is short and finding competent, qualified people to do important work such as upkeeping a hotel is difficult. I would say it is more than a structural quality problem. Walking into the hotel, I can feel the shift in atmosphere and happiness of the staff from even a year ago! Employees don't seem happy to be there right now and it makes me wonder what is going on in the background. Another thing that has changed is that parking at the hotel now costs $8/night. This is something that used to be included in the stay. This will make me re-think staying in the future, but I will continue to visit the spa. We also did not have a great experience with the food at breakfast or restaurant in-house. Everything was very bland and, unless you got a fresh-made omelette - cold. Maybe it was just a bad, short staffed kind of weekend, but my last couple of stays, it seems like they are just going through the motions there.
The stay was a great location. I always enjoy the spa. The room was clean and fresh smelling and very bright! The kids had a GREAT time swimming in the afternoons at the indoor pool. The staff is clearly stressed, but doing the best they can an helping one guest at a time. I appreciate everything they do! From bringing extra towels and hand clothes for my crew to showing me where the extra blanket was (already in my room!...LOL). I have visited this location several times and will continue to come back!
