I booked the room for the first floor when I arrived all they had was the second floor was not happy about that no handicap ramps

The floor appeared to be clean but it was filthy. I usually bring cleaning supplies bur that floor was too much for my swifer wet jet. And the ice machine has cobwebs! Gross!

They offered breakfast on their website and all they had was breakfast bars and some old looking coffee pots with some coffee I would share with anyone.

The property is in the middle of some cosmetic repair. Not listed on the hotel information page. While driving trying to find the hotel, the gps is taking everyone to the military base and the property is across the street from where it should be. I found it by chance during the day light hour. If I was driving at night, I would have never found it.

No phone in the room, I had issues with TV 2 clickers n neither kept the TV on. I had to call reservations for the main hotel number and then call them on my phone needleds to say no one came to fix the TV so I watched my tablet ,but if someone with kids that could be an issue. Overall remember your right next to Mcguire air base and they fly In/ Out all the time./day/night I didn't mind it but my dog an several others I spoke to had problems with the noise of these low flying air crafts.pets n kids scared. I didn't see a swimming pool though it might have been closed as the season was over. I was in the area trying to find housing, not swimming.

Housekeeping Jan and hotel staff Jamar very friendly assitantng with walking my service dog as I was still recovering from broken ribs n they were just very friendly n helpful. Cure little Mexican spot friendly n delicious with picnic area right next door to the hotel as is the dollar general and dollar tree in walking distance is the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

very sketchy, sketchy men just leaned up against poles watching as my daughter , aunt and I unloaded the car. people walking around at all hours outside of your hotel room. it was really eery

The front desk needs to stop telling customers to check in more days on the day of check out because i asked if i could stay longer and if i should reserve it the day before check out. Plus it says seasonal outdoor pool but that is false so they need to fix that.

I was a little unhappy with the fact that construction was happening while I was there. I wish I was notified about this before arriving that’s really my only compliant there. Also, there was a day where the hot water wasn’t working, I don’t mind that just wish that the staff didn’t say just let the water run. Lastly, I think you should offer small snacks there, something to be accompanied with the coffee.

I like the fact of the hotel being in a secluded area, it was clean and easy to find.

Stained sheets, partially complete renovations with holes and gaps in walls remaining. Toilet was not properly anchored to floor, so it rocked around and water leaked out from under the toilet. Found a cockroach in the room.

Building/room run down and updates are not done well. The only breakfast offered was a protein bar and a cup of coffee. Amenities listed were not in room - missing coffee pot, iron & ironing board, no cups, shower had very slippery floor - a BIG hazard. The toilet was not secured correctly and rocked. Only one chair that was an old desk chair. Laminate floor was loose and the floor was dirty. Minimal towels offered - nowhere to hang damp towels.

The rooms are bare, just bed, tv, broken heater, broken fridge, microwave and NO HOT WATER. No phone to even call office with issues (I see why with all the issues) Pillows were uncomfortable, blankets were thin as anything. I don't think I will be staying there again anytime soon.

Raised price for veterans Day! Says PET friendly but charging 35$ a night for pet! Seen roach in bathroom! Floor was dirty. Had a white towel on floor wiped water up and it was black sut covered towel. Very rude front desk person . No outside lights! Very dark, lot's to trip over!

The staff was horrible when we got there the guy wasn’t there when we rang the doorbell a couple of times he ended up pulling up in his car so the lobby was unattended and it took so long to get our room even though we already had a reservation but when we finally got our room it had roaches everywhere even on our bed so we had to get a new room if I could give 0 stars I would

Rude, aggressive front lobby employee. Was not at the front desk, lobby was locked, and then he proceeded to be rude and aggressive when he finally arrived. Unsafe, Do NOT stay here.
