How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation in the ground floor. Inevitably there was an impact on facilities and additional noise.
The room was well sized and comfortable. The courtesy bus made it easy to get to and back from the downtown area. Staff did their best under trying circumstances.

The construction going on was a bit loud and made the breakfast room overly warm. But that is what happens with construction!
Kenny and front staff were lovely and so welcoming and kind.

The staff was very nice and friendly the ladies and gentlemen was always helpful shuttle service was good and the breakfast was really good every morning

The staff and other guests were nice and friendly. Great location, close to downtown and great restaurants. The hotel was still under renovation, but that didn't negatively impact the stay and accommodations throughout the hotel.

Renovations were going on and reception areas were dated. Breakfast was ok, self service and basic.
Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you. Ely was the shuttle driver and very friendly. Shuttle was a great service. Hotel would have been a bit out of the way without it.

All of the remodeling just caused some chaos and close quarters. Also, the breakfast food items were good, but for the price of the hotel, more items were expected such as biscuits, waffles, etc.
The view of Nissan Stadium from our room was amazing!

I did NOT like that I had to pay for parking- $20 A DAY!! I think renting a room & spending 1K should include parking. The breakfast could of had a little more variety or maybe waffles. However my kids loved the chocolate brownies. I paid a little extra to include breakfast BUT you don’t have to because breakfast is for EVERYONE staying there.
This hotel was not only Affordable but it was NOT in a bad location, & was close to Nissan Stadium so we walked to the concert to avoid ALL the traffic. I was concerned about safety b/c it was cheaper than a lot of other hotels- but once we arrived- I felt completely safe.

There could be a hook in the bathroom to hang clothes or a towel for when you get out of the shower.
Bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and looked newly renovated. The complementary shuttle to downtown was convenient.

Loved the location and staff. Jordan the bartender was a lot if fun. Having the bar on site to have drinks and relax was wonderful. We used an uber to meet up woth family that I haven't seen in a while and it quick to come. Shuttle was also available to go downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

Construction limited some things, breakfast / bar area was very warm and humid. Our room has an issue in the sink, maintenance did come to fix it but took over 2 hours which made it very difficult to get ready for the day with someone in and out of your room.
Location, front staff was and is always very friendly.

Some of the staff not always very friendly and helpful. Even for a minor request for a few more cloth hangers the 2 ladies at the reception simply said this was impossible. It looked more that they had no envy to help and just wanted to return as quickly as possible to their activities on their phones. Fortunately by leaving a note on the bed, the cleaning lady was so kind to arrange that. Location is a bit out of center, but during the day till 9 pm the hotel offers free shuttle,which is good and resolves the problem.
