People staying around us were loud but there wasn't much the staff could do about it. At night the staff did ask one of our neighbors to keep it down because it was getting late. I would have liked a second chair for the desk so it would have been more comfortable to work while staying at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and there were plenty of smoke buckets.

.The beds were obviously old and uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. I chose not to use the shower as there was no bath mat for the bottom of the tub.

It was what I expected given the price of the stay. We stopped here for one night, so it worked for what I needed it to. I definitely would not want to stay for more than a night. The bed was not very comfortable. The location is decent if you don't travel more than a mile away, but like I said it was what I expected for the price.

The place was not very clean. The walls were dirty. Even the front door was dirty. The floor was so dirty I ended up cleaning it myself (I travel with spray cleaner).

Right off the highway. The back door made loading and unloading very easy. Did not hear noise from the highway with the air conditioner on. Comfortable bed.

no one really had answers to questions everyone past it on to the next shift. when I checked in the lady was extremely rude was to worried talking to the other person that was there at desk with her also not very friendly at all coffee machine in room was not working didn’t have all the pieces also no breakfast as advertised so I had to spend more money than I was planning to late check out question wasn’t answered until the morning of my check out it should of been answered the day I got there I had to stay up after working all night just to get an answer I won’t be back it was not worth what I paid

The first night was bad because the room had no mirror in the bathroom and the TV didn't work. Also, the neighboring room next to me played loud music after 11:00pm even after being asked 3 times to stop. The Staff was very nice and moved me, the next morning, to a much quieter room. When I got back late and exhausted on the 2nd day I had a much nicer experience and was able to sleep. I didn't get Any sleep the first night. But the Staff was very nice.

I did not like that everywhere in the hotel you could smell a wet dog.

The Comforters on the beds were stained. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The plugs did not work at the bathroom sink for my hair straightener. They did not come in and clean up or take the dirty towels the next morning or leave us clean towels. When we went to ask for towels the next evening the guy at the front desk asked if we were going to bring all of our dirty towels down ourselves at check out. Hotel room door did not latch shut without pushing really hard and lifting up on the doorknob. Had to use the safety latch to make sure the door was shut.
