Comfortable beds, nice room

The bed was not comfortable the top blanket has seen better days and needs a new one (I never use one anyway but definitely did not use that one), no breakfast, and the ac did not work well it was hot in my room yes its hot outside but it did not cool off.

The staff was friendly and nice—speedy check-in and out, no problem.

It was just ok, it looked like they were in the process of fixing it up. Construction was going on.

The main thing that I didn't like was the location. That can't be helped.

The location is on a highway that was busy through the night. Sounds of the traffic did keep me awake at night. But the bed was comfortable so that helped.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I didn’t like the four barbecue grills our back filled with rotten food, trash everywhere out back, the homeless camp, the flies with visible fly traps that had tons of flies it needed to be changed, the non smoking room smelling like cigarettes, there were cigarette burn holes in the bedding, the smoke detector wasn’t even on, there were no fire alarms in the rooms or hallways, the latch lock was loose it had missing screws, a wire cover was hanging by one screw when it need four, the bathroom door didn’t shut, all the corners were dirty in the room and bathroom, the grout and tub were dirty, the microwave and fridge smelled, the phones was dirty I don’t even know if it worked, one of the outlets had a broken metal prong, the remote was held together by unused bandaid, there was a crack along the ceiling with a visible water leak, the check in area was odd you couldn’t hear the worker because she was behind glass and the speaker didn’t work, and the breakfast room is still under construction after years. The pictures were taken when the hotel first opened it needs to be updated to what it currently looks like as well as taking down the free breakfast (I wouldn’t eat here but bc it is misleading).

The bed was comfy, room was cold, and the air filters were clean. The staff seemed overworked but were friendly.

Beds were uncomfortable, lots of people hanging out outside. Seemed like some of the people staying there may live there full time.

Not many restaurants options nearby. The parking is somewhat confusing.

It said breakfast included but didn’t serve any, the washrooms had a lot of stains on the floor, in the bath tub and toilet seat. The location was very bad and the service of the people were awful, lacked communication and hardly smiled.

The pillows were very comfortable but overall nothing to like.

I was given a room with no workable deadbolt lock (wouldn't lock) was told to put chair under door..wasn't offered a better room to assist with this inconvenience..(there was a room available, I saw it) (curtains open )yet I did receive a " I'm sorry and I will make sure you get a refund." But it's raining (with wind) I'm out of town in a small town for my aunt's funeral with the possibility no where to go.. spending extra money... wasn't prepared for.. are you kidding me.. when I saw an available room. But I guess that's their standards.

Cant help it was a BUSY NIGHT..lots of younger adults after a party I guess!!

Rooms where updated and very clean!! Loved the Shower..Great pressure and HOT, it's perfect for unwinding after long travel!

The place looked like hell, really. No access to lobby, no breakfast of any kind, staff was uncaring and rude, everything was run down, room was barely acceptable.

Slow check in, in no AC area, bed spread holy from cigarette burns, dingy hard towels, no ice machine with 97 degree temperature, bed never made 3 day stay, king bed with three small pillows, room never cleaned during stay, had to ask for towels.

They are trying to upgrade by remodeling.
