I had accidentally booked for the wrong weekend when I was there for a funeral through Booking.com and was told that I would get refunded but never received refund.

The toilet clogged with only toilet paper, no poop and overflowed easily. At 3am, you had to call maintenance over from a different building. Thank goodness he was available! The toilet paper roll wasn't clean, there were lots of unclean nooks and crannies. There needs to be a vent in the main room. Air only blew in the bedroom, made the main room too hot if the door was closed. So, no privacy for couples sharing with kids on the pullout sofa.

At 3am, you had to call maintenance over from a different building. Thank goodness he was available! The staff were all courteous and excellent. The breakfast was ok, didn't understand how to make pancakes. No cheese for the eggs. Could be better. Fruit cups were decent, since you didn't have cut up fresh fruit. Coffee was good.

The outside was not appealing. The elevator was not clean nor was the pool area.

Beautiful lobby and gaming area was a plus. Nice rooms and pleased with the breakfast. Staff was friendly as well.

the fact teenagers running up and down the hall you had a band with kids staying there couldn't get in the pool to noisy you had no towels at the pool two days in a row when we asked for some she said she would have to wash them and dry with we never got any that was the second time we went to the pool i have 3 children 7,6,5 we booked this hotel because of the pool

we stayed 3 nights had teenagers running up and down the halls at 2 and 3 in the morning you need a waffle maker

The doors seems to shut very hard and it can be heard from within the room. The bathroom could have been cleaned just a little better

The facilities had water damage and was minimally repaired. Beds were not comfortable in my opinion but this varies for everyone.

The hotel looked to have the potential to be great. But the facilities were damaged and bare minimum in cleanliness. The staff was great at trying to make things great, but you could tell they were wearing multiple hats (running front desk, breakfast area, food area etc.)

This is a bit strange but the bathroom lighting was the absolute worst! My daughter & I both agreed. The lighting was only around the mirror as well as a small light above shower. The actual light was a strange bluish hue as well. Just strange.

Fantastic staff, great location to University that we were visiting. Comfortable beds & nice sized room. Very nice lobby area that you could stretch out & relax in.

When I was getting paper coffee cup next to room coffee maker there was a used Styrofoam cup shoved inside the bottom cup. This should have not been left in that condition.

One item that is a VERY small detail: in a few of the corners and admittedly hard-to-reach spots, the vacuuming could have been a bit better.

Great staff; professional & prompt with anything I asked of them. A BIG Plus; good people skills. They could answer questions and provide help, yes. But they also knew how to engage in a conversation. Not always part of the "professional" mindset.

I had to ask them to clean the fridge. There was some teens in the room next to me and about 4am, there was a parent screaming and cursing loudly. It woke us up, we were nervous as to what was going on.

The staff was awesome! The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool.
