The toilet in our room was not happy to flush, but the front desk staff was quick to let maintenance know.

We have family in the area, so this is very handy location for us. Easy in, plenty of parking, and Braum's close by. We try to get a suite, because we are older and like to have a little more room to move around. The breakfast is the normal fare, not bad, hot. The beds are comfortable, and so are the pillows. Any more, many hotels have a thin, postage stamp sized pillow.

My room was next door to the womens restroom in the lobby. That restroom smelled like major sewage leak.

Room was clean, all the lights, TV etc worked correctly. Good water pressure in shower. Staff was polite and breakfast was as good as anywhere else.

The staff could be a little more involved. No one asked if we wanted the room clean or if we had thrash that need it to be collected. No one asked if we need it more towels. No one went the extra mile. Breakfast pls cook with a little more love and dedication it's for humans.

Great location, hotel suite was very clean. The cool gets clean daily. The hotel inside and outside looks clean.

Would have liked to have real half and half for the coffee. Bed and pillows could have been a little firmer. For me being short the shower was a little high. I couldn't adjust it. It was fine for my husband.

Eggs, potatoes, sausage and biscuits were good. Didn't eat breakfast there when they had bacon. My husband enjoyed the waffles. Bathroom was a nice size. Plenty of plug-ins and lights.

great location close to I-35 and toll road. perfect for our travel needs. room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. hotel was very quiet.

The exercise room treadmill was not working properly. It had an error on me three times while i was trying to use it for my daily workout. I had to give up and switched to their bike, which was ok.

the location was right on our travel route and close to food (walking distance) easy to get in and out of town and met our needs. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

All of the pillows were ultra soft so for one who likes a firmer pillow it was a minor inconvenience. We also had a parking lot window view but I don't think the windows on the other side were any better though. Plus the breakfast room was small thus a bit crowded bit otherwise just really small inconveniences .

Breakfast had a great selection of choices although the potatoes were spicy every day while bacon was only served one day and sausage links for two. Really spacious and large rooms otherwise while even though the hotel was busy it didn't feel crowded mostly. And staff acknowledged us every time we returned or left.

The heat/AC register was very loud when kicking on. It made an awful screechy sound for about two minutes. Also, lack of parking but I also realize there is nothing that can be done about that. You can't make new land

Eating location for breakfast was small. Only a couple of tables and hard to walk around in. The room was a decent size but would have liked a little more room to walk around. As always, would love for prices to be lower.

The shower head was so tall that you couldn't get any adjustment on it. For short people, I felt like I was drowning while trying to get showered. The toilets are very small, I was surprised at how tiny and close to the floor the toilet was. Not trying to complain but it seemed unusual in size to us. The weekend evening lady was amazing very friendly and helpful. The gentlemen throughout the week didn't ever speak just nodded at us when we entered or exited. Overall though it was a nice place and I would choose it again.

The breakfast was nice and had plenty to choose from all fresh. The only issue was the breakfast room was small and very warm didn't feel like there was ac in that part of the hotel.

The policy on not giving clean towels daily was not good. We stayed 5 nights and only got room service once and had to request clean towels.
