The ac unit in our room didnt work the best, so it was a warmer night. And wish the tv would have been a little bigger

The floors in the rooms are not carpeted and they need to work on cleaning/mopping those floors and the bathroom floors better. Also the elevator rug needs replaced and the elevator floors need a good sweeping and mopping

The room was absolutely dirty. The toilet was leaking, the floor was wet when we walked into the bathroom, the tv had no sound. The elevator was slow and took forever.

Driving Boston to San Diego so needed sleep. The fire alarm went off and we were evacuated to the parking lot. Back in, went to bed. Another alarm and another alarm. Ridiculous.

The pet rooms should be on the first floor...and a grassy area outside for them to use. The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Remodeled rooms were nice! The beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows! Slept so well! The staff overall were very friendly.

We just got done swimming and a man was following us up to our room and we caught him taking pictures of our butts in our swimsuits, the manger of the hotel was right there the whole time and didn’t do a thing almost was playing into it. We had to call the police to get something done about it. This hotel is not to be trusted , they don’t care about the well being of the people staying there. unbelievable.

I told them about the room and that we needed swept, new pillow cases and a blanket. We didn’t even have a blanket. So when we got back they did some but didn’t sweep the floor. Dirty and unkept. Couch stained and large hole in the curtain.

The rooms were filthy, the front desk girl was slow and spent too much time goofing around when she was supposed to be checking people in. Whoever cleaned the rooms didn’t a horrible job, looked like feces on the floor. Pool area wasn’t clean and chipped paint, stained walls and flooring everywhere. Total disgust

The room smelled like something had died in their. The bathtub was moldy and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. Several large dead bugs in bathroom. Just dirty and gross.

The place was disgusting! The rooms were so dirty and gross and that was after they were supposedly cleaned! The front desk girl was too busy chatting to check us in so that part took forever! We left and were told we would get a refund but they charged my card 4 times instead! I wouldn’t let my pet stay at this dump

The cleanliness at this hotel was bad. First we were checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. So we asked for a new room and the second one was barely passing so we just cleaned it ourselves.

We liked the pool and fitness area.

We would all like more for our money. For what I paid, it was a good value. There was no meat in the breakfast, but, hey! For what I was paying to stay there, I did not expect bacon or sausage.

The bed and my room were very clean. I appreciate that.
