The dirt/gravel parking lot was soupy before it froze. You are intimate with the neighbors.

Continental breakfast was great. The dining area was super cute. We didn't try the local Indian dishes at night, but it smelled great! We didn't use the pool or sauna, but they both looked nice. Check in was breeze!

The place has seen better days. Because this was the first time there, I was expecting a real Austrian Lodge and lots of the old beauty is there but not in good shape. The beautiful lodge candelabra from the entrance was not working and the owner should change the name of the business from Austrian to Indian. Breakfast was included, but the quality of the products were cheap. And no meat or meat products at all. No internet in the room, no hairdryer in the bathroom, the carpet in the room was very old and smelly, the bed didn’t had good beddings and especially in the mountain you need good blankets and comforters. We arrived very late and our room was not heated, it took a while to get warm. Also a big old furniture was placed in front of the heater, so we had to move it to allow the room to get the heat . We didn’t check the pool, because we were not interested about it. The ski storage room was accessible, but stored other stuff as well. We did had a nice vegetarian Indian dinner prepared by the owners, that was delicious. Overall, our stay was ok, we are not a very demanding family. We were just disappointed that this beautiful Austrian lodge, is loosing his Austrian mountain beauty.

Perfect location, close enough to the ski slopes a beautiful lodge with free parking space. Breakfast was included. A family own business and both the owners were very nice, welcoming and ready to help and accommodate our needs.

Lack of wifi and poor cell signal made it hard to coordinate activities in the room. The only way to access wifi was the dining area which is not always convenient depending on the time of day.

I thought the owner was great and I loved that I could order takeout Indian food homemade by his wife.

The room didn't have a fridge or a microwave, but it did have one of those 20 inch box tvs in the corner of the room... not great, but not bad. Okay at best

The rooms were fairly small and the beds and furnishings a bit old.

We had a lovely stay with our family. The lobby was loaded with games. The breakfast had all the basics including tons of donuts. The owners make incredible homemade Indian food which was delicious and also meant we could avoid going on to an overly packed restaurant. They were kind and helpful in every way they could possibly be- even lending us their own coat when our son lost his.

We were looking for reasonable, basic, accommodations for a ski trip to Mount Snow. If you don't care if everything is the most modern amenities, but value convenience, comfort, friendly innkeepers, good breakfast with great pastries, a warm indoor pool. welcoming lounge area, then you may want to consider the Austrian Haus. We would say here again.

There is no wi fi in the rooms, this needs to be fixed. The breakfast is not really a continental breakfast, just some toast and crackers with coffee.

This was a good option close to the ski resort. This was a simple yet good option. People tend to book a room and stay with 4 people which sometimes make it noisy. Hotel staff were friendly. Ok price for the area. Room seemed clean.

Lack of WiFi in the rooms is the only real downside. Seems this should be fairly low-cost to add, and many guests would like this in the future.

Very friendly owners and great location -- only 10 min from Mt Snow. Rooms are small but comfortable, and the heated indoor pool and sauna were a huge plus for us.

The only not comfortable thing:NO WIFI in rooms,WE DIDN'T EXPECT IT AND WASN'T PREPARE FOR IT. WIFI only in common area.may be we were OK, if we knew it before.But I think twice before I will book it next time.

Breakfast was what we expected.Good pastries, cereal, oatmeal etc.WE could order vegetarian food for evening, if we don't want to go outside. owners make it by themself.Very nice common area, relaxin atmosphere, very accommodate owners.

Our family stayed here between Christmas and NYE and very much enjoyed our stay! The rooms are simple, clean and cozy. The main area is comfortable to hangout in, with games, and friendly hosts.

I loved it all!

Continental breakfast was great, as always Kateon and his wife kept making sure everyone had enough of everything and didn't need any refills. They were incredibly sweet, hepful, and I really enjoyed the conversations we had too! I learned a lot and felt welcomed. Really happy to support this beautiful family business.
